Of course it does...the front arm DOES push against the perineum and the back arm pushes against the Kundalani spot but they are flexible and your anal muscles are strong enough to 'pull' the aneros in until it is fully seated inside you.

Because they are flexible.  All aneros toys are designed to be self correcting in that your muscles will push and pull it into the proper position on their own via muscle contractions.  In the image you posted, the aneros will settle with your anus against the T where the arms meet the main body of the toy...where you drew the curved line.
