So I've had my Helix and my Progasm Ice for a few months now and I haven't gone very far. It's fair to say, however, that I haven't stuck at it enough! I'd like to spam a few million questions if that's alright (maybe a slight exaggeration).

1. Progasm vs. Helix: So I think I was a bit keen to buy the Ice. It goes in alright but likes to come out as well :L I've had a few Super-Ts with it and when I ejaculate the progasm sort of...shoots out! As I work to have some Os of some form, should I stick with the Helix?

2. Lubricant: So far I've been using Maximus anal lube, but it would seem that lots of people here use unrefined shea butter so I think I might give it a go. Has anyone experienced health problems with this asides from nut allergies? I mean, people use it on their skin and it's a natural product so it can't be too bad right? I know that long term studies of effects haven't been conducted but people's experience would be great. Is shea by itself good enough? I've seen people say to make sure not to contaminate the jar and to do a bit round the anus, bit inside, and a bit on the aneros - this correct?

3. Relaxation and starting contractions: After having inserted the aneros I feel comfortable 'down there' quite quickly. Ought one really wait for a minimum time or is it okay to try some contractions if I want? I've read about people trying the 'do nothing' technique. What is the success rate (as it were) for this? I've also read that you can practise the contractions by 'slowly' stopping during urination - could someone please define slowly?

4. The contractions themselves: Now I've seen lots of advice on the number, duration, and intensity of contractions to try, but what's really a good place to start?

5. Underwear and staying warm: Does anyone find themselves getting cold during a session? This presumably doesn't help relaxation. Today I tried with underwear on - anyone else do this? I don't think it restricts the aneros but it makes things a little cleaner I think. Well, briefs these be. My true love, jockstraps, aren't really going to help!

6. During a session: Does it matter if you move around a little bit during a session? It probably won't assist relaxation, but I've read the walking around can help stimulation and changing from lying on your back to kneeling (cheeky bit of porn watching) etc? And just hope the phone doesn't go! What position is usually best? The manufacturer recommends lying on your right side and this is how I sleep, but lots of people here seem to lie on their backs. How do you know which works for you?

I'm sorry, I realise that lots of the questions above will have been asked before, but I feel that fresh insight is always good.

Thanks 🙂

I'll address #5: I often am pretty chilly because I'm on top of the covers doing this, so I wear a beanie. The jockstrap really has helped take my "front piece" out of the equation and give me access to the Aneros in back, if need be.

What about when your cock gets hard during a session, won't that be an issue whilst wearing one?
