What is your technique in "pushing out?" I've been trying to do this but seem to have trouble in trying to push out while the anerose is inside of me. By the way, I'm new to Anerose and the journey associated with it. Any advice would be helpful.

At first you should be able to move the Aneros downward (outward) with the same pelvic muscles you use to defacate, more stool out, propel a bowel movement, etc. Later in your journey, you'll be relaxed enough to move the Aneros by just breathing in and out.
If moving the Aneros is difficult, make a slight increase in the amount of lube you are using. Consider too how clean you are inside -- whether the fluid from a small enema/douche comes out clean. Finally and most important, be very patient in your initial relaxation after insertion (20-30 minutes if needed) to get as loose as possible.
I've always just breathed and relaxed. I tried pushing out once or twice after reading about it but it actually was more difficult to insert than if I just relaxed.
I usually put some Petroleum Jelly on my middle finger and finger my anus, I rotate the finger, grab a side of the anus and pull it, rotate, pull, just to loosen up. Another dab of jelly and a well lubed stimulator and it slides right on in, no problem.

When you do "Position 3 Lay flat on your back with the Aneros in place, The slowly start bringing one or both of your legs back towards your chest and then let them back out again. Repeat this over and over." do you place a pillow under neat your butt/lower back? do you rock or swing back and fort your hips, what kind of action you do on this position, do your also cross your legs, I like this position my self with a pillow but I found that when I do a strong pc contractions my progasm keep falling/slipping out of my rectum when I start feeling the nice way to the right path. I start not too long ago my journey, so far I did not achieved any small or big orgasm yet, I trying devoted to achieve it, I have a helix and progasm, I like better the progasm, it feels better inside. Any comment or suggestion will appreciated. And keep posting more good stuff. Thx...

Thanks Golman for the encouragement. I've found that both laying on my back with just my hand under my lower back seems to give me some nice in/out feelings. I have tried lifting my legs toward my chest while laying on my back. It doesn't seem to give me the same sensations as previously mentioned.
I also have found that laying on my side, either one, with my leg drawn up toward my chest is really nice and also comfortable, and I think from what I've seen on these forum threads that comfort is of great importance.
I had some nice sensations this morning from drawing the Progasm in, in rapid succession. It wasn't no mini or super-o, but it sure was nice moving to a place I haven't been before.

I sit with the Pro almost everytime, in fact this enables me to put the Pro completely in as through my experience with this model has proven (to me) that is is a bit to long. I use an office type of chair and sit softly on the device. It feels good and I don't have to struggle to keep it in.
I also swim with it in however after my muscles tire from "wrestling" with the Progasm it finally slips out. The Progasm is a frustrating model for me, but I enjoy the fullness of it.
I am going to pick up a Maximus as I like the girth but find the length a bit too long for my rectum.
BTW, swimming with the Pro is VERY comfortable, no pressure on joints etc... with a couple of pool noodles supporting my body and some nice relaxing mood music on the boom box... it produces very stimulating and euphoric sessions. I highly recommend this approach for those of you who haven tried it.
