Has anyone tried an Aneros session with a full bladder? Doing some reading on organs with full bladder and this might be something fun to try. Seems there are some nerves connected to the bladder and prostate that could heighten the pleasure in the prostate with a full bladder. Also the valve to release ejaculate into the prostatic urethra is built to prevent urine from leaking and mixing during ejaculation so could make it harder for the body to naturally open that valve. You could almost trick your body into having a harder time ejaculating and increasing prostate pleasure with a full bladder. Will give it a go my next session.
Would love to hear if anyone has tried it.

Hi - this is now the only way I achieve best results. I relax with an alcoholic drink or two first and top up with plain water.
Once I start play (helix syn) I find the sensations very pleasurable. I try to 'let myself go' in the build up to a Super O and generally this results in what feels like a massive eruption of cum from the penis but is, in fact, urine. The sensation cannot be adequately described here so I urge you to try it out! It's repeatable a dozen or so times before I just don't have the energy to continue.
I usually end up crying with pleasure - your results may vary!

Interesting post. I have the exact opposite experience. I have to empty my bladder during sessions. If I don't, I can't progress to orgasm. I find the full bladder to be a hinderance.

I haven't tried it mostly out of fear that I might squirt a load of urine — which can happen somewhat easily in Aneros-less moments these days.

same. As my bladder fills I know it because the toys don't autofuck me as deep as when my bladder is empty. But, before I know I need to pee, I usually have one to three major dry Os...so....wtf bladder?!! Why you gotta be good and bad at the same time?!?? lol
