Wow just tried the Helix for the first time. I am in my late 50s and have been married for 30 years, 3 grown children, and a wife that has little interest in sex. I layed down relaxed and did what the instructions suggested. Thank heavens that no one was home, I moaned and whined like a little girl. The feelings I had gave me more pleasure than I can ever remember. I had never made a sound during sex and I am almost embarrased when I think of all the moaning and whining I did. I wouldn't part with this for anything. Please be patient relax and ENJOY
