I'm with you both on this topic. I believe that erotic arousal before an Aneros session is certainly beneficial to 'jump start' response, but erotic fantasy during a session is distracting, I can't maintain mental focus on the sensations emanating from around my prostate while also trying to fantasize. I do employ a visualization technique wherein I close my eyes, I put myself in the center of a soft spongy cocoon floating in a womblike environment and as I manipulate the Aneros it gently strokes me into a blissful state with soft warm waves of pleasure. It certainly seems like a spiritual state. Fantasies seem to come and go with the units. When I've had them it's been a bit strange for me. As a straight guy it threw me the first time when in the middle of an active super O both legs raised up in the air as if opening for entrance and then my mind took it the rest of the way. Hi never really realized it until this thread but I don't fantasize during an aneros session. I usually look at some porn prior to a session in order to enhance the arousal. During an actual session, the feeling of the aneros against the prostate is just so damn good that this is all I am able to center on.
