Hi everyone. Just a quick introduction, because I am a new forum member. I am a 32 year old musician living in France. I have been reading this forum for 5 months, and I have learned so much from it. So THANK YOU, first of all! I read about aneros and hands-free orgasms a few years ago, and I thought it was a load of nonsense, because I had been putting toys in my butt for years with nothing near the pleasure described. Then, recently, I heard someone talk about Aneros on a popular French podcast, and I thought I'd give it a try. After about 10 sessions with my Helix Syn I had my first super-orgasms. Since then I have been enjoying 1-2 hour sessions of intense orgasmic pleasure (I am not able to count the orgasms, because I sort of get into a trance and lose track) 3-4 times a week. I recently discovered how to finish sessions with vigorous and lubricated stimulation of the penis tip, which leads me to a different sort of super-intense dry orgasm to end without ejaculation (in order to abstain from ejaculation over the course of multiple sessions). A-less orgasms have also become a regular part of my day. And two days ago, thanks to @Wuerstchen posts, I discovered how to give myself nipple orgasms, which I can't wait to spread to other parts of my body! I am really excited to be on this journey, for which, once again, I thank you all for helping make possible.
My question:
For years now I have lost control of my eyes during moments of intense pleasure (often in sexual activities with a partner). Unconsciously, it has become a way for me build pleasure, along with moans, dirty talking, sweet talking, etc. During my aneros sessions, my eyes spend a lot of time in an unfocused, blurred state, with constant twitching. During the more intense moments they roll back into my head for minutes at a time. The peaks of my aneros induced, aless and other prostate orgasms (my penis-head technique, see above) are often accompanied by a wave of pressure in my head. Sometimes it feels as if my brain is going to pop out. Afterwards, as I lay there panting post-orgasm(s), before going for the next one, my vision is completely unfocused. I confirmed with a video the other day that only the whites of my eyes show during my orgasms, an image worthy of a horror film. I enjoy all of this very much, BUT, I am wondering if there is some danger to all this with regard to my ocular well-being. I could of course easily make a conscious effort to stop doing this, which would lead my orgasms in a different direction (like the do-nothing method, but in my eyes only), but I enjoy the sensations very much. I admit, though, that I was scared by one forum post by user @roger286 whose eyes were damaged in a session, but that seems exceptional.
So who on this forum is similar to me in terms of intensity of eye movement/rolling/twitching? Over years (decades?) of doing this, have you had any eye-damage occur? Should I be more careful? Or should I assume that my body is resilient, and if anything I am strengthening the muscles by using them in this way...?
Yeah, I got that as well. I sorta cross them or roll them back when things get good. When I'm post orgasm or session I often have blurry vision.
This is pretty much the same thing as looking through VR goggles too long where you feel the muscles are somewhat overworked and you have trouble focusing normally for a while. When I first started out this bothered me more than it does now. I think the muscles do get stronger but it is still a thing. I'm not that bothered by it though and hardly have any issues with it.
My solution is to try to be aware of this and not do it for too long. If I'm not aware of it than fuck it. Guess I'll have to deal with blurry vision for a bit. I don't think it's possible to get any damage from it because it becomes uncomfortable when you do it for too long. Just make sure you're not forcing yourself and ignoring this. If you do it can lead to headaches or a feeling of pressure behind the eyes.
i also experienced those eyes rolling orgasm, but it did not worry me at all
I am more worried about my back, neck and spine than my eyes lol..
Hi @Mitaru
Even though my eyes are pretty much bouncing around from the beginning to the end of a session (making any watching of pornography absolutely impossible :p, though sometimes I put on sexy ASMR videos for audio stimulation), and I seem to strain them a lot, it has yet to cause headaches. But good point, if I do start getting headaches I will be more careful. Maybe. Last night I tried to relax my eyes, and it proved too distracting, so I let them do what they naturally do. I didn't mention it, but my most of my super-o's are of the muscle tensing type, often with more and more muscles tensing as it comes to a peak, and my breathing more and more irregular. I actually wonder how much of the pleasure comes from the sensation of asphyxiation (being someone who enjoys non-solo breath-play) and tenseness. But then I just forget about trying to make sense of it all, and enjoy the bliss.
@divine_oblivion It's funny you mention your troubles with porn watching. I actually wrote that in my original post to you but decided to edit it out. Part of the reason I turn it off is that I'll be watching some blurry stuff after a while. I only do the eye thing close to orgasm. For me, my hearing is my most sensitive sense anyway so audio stuff works best for me. I play multiple instruments from a young age. Maybe that's why?
As for breath play. I used to only be able to cum, ejaculate, through holding my breath when I was younger. I have found that it can dull sensations sometimes though when it comes to full body orgasming. A paradox I know, but I don't know what in the hell is going on most of the time anyway.
I was thinking this might have something to do with there being less oxygen in the blood or something but this is just a theory that is based on close to nothing.
But the point I want to make is that you can sometimes heighten sensations by actually breathing into it. To fill your body with air and make that sorta make energy or arousal flow by guiding it. This will also lead to orgasm but in a different way. I like to contrast this with withholding breath and letting it go when I notice that I'm doing it. Playing with breath also helps me not to think too much. When I get close though, my body tends to do what it wants and I don't fight it. Sometimes it will breathe without effort in a gentle calm way. Sometimes I'll be moaning, tensing and holding breath. I can also tense up and than fall into calmness by just letting everything go once I had enough. It's difficult to analyse what exactly happens, and I also don't want to, but I find breath to be powerful and fascinating. The tension between watching it and controlling it is almost like magic.
@Mitaru I should try breathing more, but every time I try to concentrate on breathing I lose the build up of my orgasm, so I just let my breath do what it wants, similar to what you describe, not "fighting it". I love being with partners willing to choke me the right way, because that is absolutely incredible. From what I've read/experienced there are two types of choking. One is breath choking and the other is cutting the circulation off to the brain by blocking the arteries (?). The latter is much more dangerous apparently, and much wilder in sensation. (Any choking of course should only be done with a partner who is sober and very attentive, and knows CPR just in case.) How all that translates to heightened pleasure is beyond me as well, and your explanation sounds reasonable enough to me...
@divine_oblivion It is true that concentrating on the breath will make you lose the build-up to orgasm. I mostly do it as a build-up or for directing arousal upwards. Once it's there I try to let it go. Holding breath is pleasurable but it is a way of forcing it though. If you truly let it go it will be a natural way of breathing. Maintaining this into orgasm is tricky and I rarely pull it off but it leads into a calm way of getting where you want to be. I think your body and mind really need to be in sync and relaxed all the way for this to happen though.
The thing with holding breath is, I think, that it leads to an easy peak. It leads to orgasm alright but I can't sustain it. Eventually, you will need a breath or pass out if you are into more extreme versions of it. I'm not saying this is a bad thing, orgasm can be like this.
The thing with supplying your orgasm with breath is that it doesn't peak as easy but it goes on for longer. I also think it's easier to pull off full body orgasms. I think if you are used to peaky sensations they might not register as the real deal because the waves start out more gentle but they can actually get bigger if you let them ebb and flow.
@Mitaru I do breathe naturally sometimes during prostate orgasms, and they tend to be the more calm ones with full body tingling and warmth, which are more rare for me. I would like to make them a more common occurrence, as they are incredibly pleasureful. I will try more deep-breathing at the beginning of sessions or before. Usually I get so excited and horny upon insertion that I go straight into light contractions and building of pleasure through awareness, and thus start off with irregular breathing. I should know better. As a musician, I know I play way better when I warm up 15 minutes ahead of time... I'll breathe 15 minutes tonight before my session 🙂
