The Aneros forum told me that the prostate can lead to hands free orgasm
Not achieved yet but enjoying the journey
One of the most important thing I’ve learned from the forum is don’t chase results — relax, be patient, and let go of expectations.
Once I stopped trying to “make something happen” and just focused on being present I was much more successful. Thanks to everyone here for the insights, they really helped set the right mindset. Ive always been a lurker but saw the giveaway as an opportunity to get involved in the community!
Excited to keep exploring!
The fact I know super o exist is due to this beautiful forum. I haven't achieved any pleasure yet but I will surely achieve it soon
When your body starts tensing up, relax, take deep slow breathes, and focus on the sensations. Don't be overly excited, causing you to clench and end the wave
Being relaxed and letting the session go where it takes me, instead of trying to get certain results, has yielded amazing results. Just enjoy the ride!
The most important thing I've come to learn is that a man should never be ashamed about loving anal pleasure. Prostate play is honestly an art.
The Aneros Forum, for me, is the greatest space to completely let down my guard. Here, I can share the most intimate details of my sex life, and be sure that I will receive no unkindness or abuse. It’s a great space for guys just to be guys seeking pleasure, and helping our fellows along the way!
Looking forward to an MGX Syn V too! Hopefully soon!?
This forum contains a plethora of knowladge. More than 20 years!
I've learned a lot here, e.g. the recipie of Natural Jelly, my favorite lube.
I'm grateful for all the members here, they are very helpful.
As someone who's been around the block a bit, I've learned not to rush the journey. That applies as much to things learned in this forum as to life. For years, I've seen the idea of a super O floated around online and in other places where people share their experiences. Obviously I wanted in on the fun. Who wouldn't? But it sounded fictitious at best.
So I figured, why not? Give it a shot, see where the road takes me. Finding out where to start was the tricky part, but that's where the experience of the mindshare came in. Did it matter what size prostate toy I started with? Were vibrations something to consider? Angle and thickness? Turns out, yes, yes, and yes. With the help of others, and a little trial and error on my own, I was able to find what I felt to be a good fit for me, which then led to maybe the most important lesson of all: be present.
It's a lesson as important as not rushing the journey. You can have all the right tools at your disposal, but without the freedom and patience to relax, explore, unwind, BREATHE, the growth you'll make overtime becomes stunted. The more I adopted these lessons, the more I started to realize that while the elusive super O is a wonderful thing as they come, there's just as much value in the build up. Part of what makes a road trip so special are the stops you allow yourself to make along the way. And aren't we all on a journey, getting a little older each day? I don't want to live my life in hindsight and regret, thinking about all the ways I wish I had stopped on the way. I want to continue living out the lessons I've picked up, to take things one day at a time, and don't rush the experiences we're presented.
The most important thing I've learned is to enjoy every session and resist the urge to measure and label everything. Thanks Aneros!
The most important thing I’ve learned from the Aneros Forum? That my body isn’t just some meat suit to haul around—it’s got layers I didn’t even know existed. Like an onion, sure, but one that vibrates. And apparently, one of those layers is capable of full-on mind-blowing experiences… if I stop trying to force it and actually listen.
I used to treat this stuff like a checklist: breathe? relax? squeeze? hold tight? But after reading post after post from people who had clearly figured something out, something clicked. I stopped treating it like a performance and started approaching it like exploration. That changed everything.
Turns out, pleasure isn’t a finish line. It’s a conversation with your nervous system. And when it finally talks back? You listen. You feel. You stop chasing, and that's when it shows up.
per aspera ad astra - Through hardships to the stars and beyond.
Even though the journey to success is very long and difficult, it is all worth it in the end, never give up
Congratulations Brailleskin!

I learned that letting go and relaxation is most important and everything else will follow.
i am lurking here for a long time, there are good advices here and there, nice testimonials! what really helped me have been the sounds from rummel.. that really pushed me over the edge and since then i am enjoying the Super O's over and over and over... i am soo glad that i stumbled on aneros.. i have collected a big collection of your toys, and from those i got soo much pleasure !!
I take my hat off and salute all the kind support here! It really helped me a lot. Aneros should be part of everyone's general knowledge! Keep up the good work!
I learned how to be patient and let the orgasm come on its own. I currently own the helix Syn v which is amazing if I’m patient
I have entered once but I think once in awhile it helps to change your routine. My favorite position is one leg up and the other flat and after each orgasm I switch. For my last session I thought of how I started years ago with both legs flat and said what the heck I'll just see what happens and it was wonderful.Later on I went back to my regular method but if you start a session thinking I wonder what will happen today it really helps.I also think the psy has rewired me in a way that enhances the other models a lot.
Over my time exploring the Aneros Forum, the single most important thing I’ve learned is this:
"Prostate pleasure is less about the device and more about patience, body awareness, and letting go."
When I first started, I assumed this was just about inserting a tool and waiting for something magical to happen. But through reading countless user journals, advice from veterans, and even my own early frustrations, I realized the real breakthrough comes when you stop chasing orgasm and start listening to your body.
This community taught me that rewiring isn't a gimmick—it’s a real shift in how you experience arousal and pleasure. Learning to tune into subtle sensations, breathe properly, and mentally relax opened doors I didn’t know existed.
The forum made me rethink the male sexual experience as something that can be expansive, slow, and deeply internal—not just mechanical release.
I’m grateful for the honest discussions here, and I want to thank everyone who’s ever posted a detailed session log or offered gentle advice to someone struggling. You’ve helped more people than you know.
Looking forward to continuing the journey—and learning even more.
As a long-time lurker, I have learned so much from the experts here, who have taken the time to share what they have learned, and offer tips for the newbies. I still love to go through the archives and learn new techniques to try myself. What a blessing it is to have a resource like this!
I've learned that there's several different positions to try with all different shapes and sizes (/--)/
The post says winners on every mondays, and I’m curious about how many weeks will the event go on for?
And who is today’s winner?
From the forums, I've learned that there are many different ways / paths to achieving pleasure from prostate massage. What works for one person might not work for another, so if one massager or method doesn't work for you try another option. For example, I've had small massagers and I've had big massagers, and the smaller to medium sized ones have always been the most consistent for me while the larger models are much less consistent. So at least for me, bigger isn't better. I also find that most of the time letting my body do all the work / the "do nothing" technique works best for me, while I know others prefer to actively engage the massager with their muscles, which I've also done, but with less reliable results.
From prostate massage in general, I feel like I've gained a better understanding of a woman's arousal, how being in the mood really does make a difference, the importance of taking a little time and working up to it, and that sometimes your mind or your body just aren't in the mood no matter how much you might want it.
Congratulations ihave2cats !

I am fairly new to this forum and I will tell you why. I am under the impression that everyone is making mistakes in life, and I am not an exception. The very first time I attempted to discover prostate pleasure I just googled looking for a prostate massager and bought Lovense Edge 2, tried it twice, and both times were more painful than pleasurable, first of all, it is too large and hard to insert, and secondly, the vibrations are so strong that within a few days the feeling is that my prostate has been utterly destroyed ), so I was searching for something else, something that would not stimulate my prostate too much, and here on the forum I learnt that with Aneros prostate massagers, it is possible.
I’ve been on my journey for 4 years now and have read the forum extensively and tried lots of suggestions.
The most important thing I’ve learned from the forum is: relax completely, do nothing, no expectations and focus on what I feel.
And finally, yesterday I got my first Super Orgasm, more than 2 hours of absolute bliss.
I’m 75, so you’re never to old !
Many thanks to the guys on the forum that posted about the "do nothing" method and of course the Aneros company that makes this exceptional experience available to us all.
Im learning alot from Aneros. I never new anything about prostate massage, wish i learned along time ago. Theres so much helpful information here. Im a newbie, have had some interesting sensations, but no orgasm yet. Im probably too anxious. Relax, relax relax right? I love this forum, im a disabled veteran, with TBI and lower back injury, nerve damage, so i expect my journey to take longer, im learning to just enjoy whatever pleasure sensations i get from a session. Im not so great at these computer stuff. How do i find anything that has the sexual sounds that some people mentioned? Anyway, love Aneros ….happy journeys
Most important thing that I’ve learned is that each person’s journey is unique; just because something happened in a specific way for one person does not mean that you can expect your experiences to unravel in the same way.
I learned about how good Anerosessions music is for using during sessions. It really is wonderful!
