Hard to narrow this down to one thing, but the most important thing I have learned from this forum is to slow down and pay attention to all the sensations that are happening, and don't rush in to the patterns you have been used to experiencing pleasure your whole life. Recognizing and cultivating subtle pleasure sensations can multiply and grow into more pleasure than you ever imagined possible.
I will say it is relaxed breathing, listen to the feelings all over, and not to chase them. enjoy the moment.
As the years have gone by it has become more and more clear how a large part of the Aneros journey is between the ears.
These has been some of the ways that helps me: Stay Focused, Aroused, Relaxed the right muscles, Enjoy the moment.
I think of it more like a meditation exercise/challenge, and relax my body and try to focus on what the body feels. My mind always drifts especially on the climb or on the downs, so its important to stay focused in the moment to stay aroused, and learn to relax the proper muscles (relaxing doesn’t mean ignoring). Lastly don’t think about whats coming up or have expectation, just enjoy what you are feeling in the moment. I read somewhere else something like “dont look for an orgasm think of it like you are in the orgasm” and that helps me drops expectations and thoughts of “its going to get better” and be more in the mindset of “i currently enjoy the sensation i feel”
Can I receive one for coming up and asking the same question one month ago? 🥹
Also suggested the idea 2 years ago 😎 Glad to see something i suggested becomes a reality

For those who has Helix V, what do you think about a vibrating version of Eupho? Since its the skinniest model, would the vibration give the most amount of aneros movement?
If i could make a suggestion i think “psy + mgx” or “psy + mgx + v” might be cool. (if you guys make this one please send me one for the suggestion 😊)
(i dont get how this quote things work)
The Best thing i’ve learned is to be patient and pay attention to the Small sensations.
The most valuable lesson I’ve gained from this forum is the importance of slowing down and truly tuning in to every sensation. Taking the time to recognize and nurture subtle sensations can lead to a deeper and a more expansive experience...far beyond what you ever thought was possible!
I have learnt that being patient and having no expectation helps alot than going into a session with expectations of having Os.
The mindset is very important.
There are many models but eventually 1 or 2 will be more effective than the others.
The journey is not only to achieve pleasure and also to find that few suitable models.
I’ve learned that there’s more to this than health and pleasure, but an increasing depth of joy, an enriching of life, self-understanding and even relationship with others. It really is an adventure. It gets better and then spills over to other areas of life.

Even though the journey to success is very long and difficult, it is all worth it in the end, never give up
I've learnt the exsistance of Aneros through this forum! I'd recieved some play from a previous partner and she alluded to a Super O but we somehow didn't "reach" it. Lots of other play along the way. Now I'm very excited and curious to explore more myself.
Total relaxation along with focused breathing and contractions
From the forums, I've learned that there are many different ways / paths to achieving pleasure from prostate massage. What works for one person might not work for another, so if one massager or method doesn't work for you try another option. For example, I've had small massagers and I've had big massagers, and the smaller to medium sized ones have always been the most consistent for me while the larger models are much less consistent. So at least for me, bigger isn't better. I also find that most of the time letting my body do all the work / the "do nothing" technique works best for me, while I know others prefer to actively engage the massager with their muscles, which I've also done, but with less reliable results.
From prostate massage in general, I feel like I've gained a better understanding of a woman's arousal, how being in the mood really does make a difference, the importance of taking a little time and working up to it, and that sometimes your mind or your body just aren't in the mood no matter how much you might want it.
I first found this sight because I had been dealing with BPH and had heard that Prostate Massage could help alleviate the symptoms. Then in reading many of the posts I found that there was a whole new world in there that needed to be explored. I started at least 15 yrs ago with the basic model, the one with a post on the bottom and over the years collected at least 7 models. My go to is the Vice/Vice 2 with or without vibes, but quite often enjoy my Helix Syn.
The one thing that wasn't mentioned in the forums years ago was that they are very addictive once you learn to focus on that specific pleasure tingle that grows into a huge storm of unending pleasure.
I still check in on the forum to see if there are any new tricks and looks like I get to learn some more with my new PSY as soon as it arrives! BTW I hope I win as I don't have a EUPHO yet!
I’ve learned that there is a clear difference between orgasms associated with Aneros/Aless and traditional. Once I stopped expecting the same for both, I’ve been able to slow down and enjoy what each session has to offer.
Read it from front to back, took awhile, but I learned bits and peices, through out. Very glad I read Crimson Wolf, near the beginning of my journey. His approach definitely resonated with me.
Hello,
It is hard to settle on one piece of advice that helped me most on my Aneros journey. However, I think that the advice about having the right mindset is the most important. For me, I have my best sessions when I’m very aroused but have no expectations from my sessions; this is where the calm seas orgasms reside for me.

The most important thing I gained from the Aneros Forum was the determination to achieve a prostate dry orgasm. It was the success stories in the forum posts that inspired me to take this step before I bought my first Aneros product, Maximum Trident. Now I have six models and have been enjoying HFDO for five years.
The most important thing I have learned is to not chase the orgasm. Just focus on the sensations and let the feelings come to you. Go into each session with no expectations, and just enjoy whatever happens.
So much great info and general chat but learning about finding the fine muscle control is what got me here and every week there is some new take.
The most important thing I've learned from the Aneros Forum is patience. Before discovering this community, I approached pleasure with urgency and expectations. The forum taught me that slowing down, being present with subtle sensations, and removing time pressure creates space for much deeper experiences. This shift in mindset has been transformative not just for pleasure but as a practice that benefits other areas of my life as well.
Patience and focus. I’m a new member on this forum but have been reading tips for awhile. I started using Aneros devices several yrs ago but reading this forum has enabled me to finally reach my first real prostate orgasm. Thanks to all who take the time to help
Most important thing I have learned from the forums is to be wary of using an Aneros while sitting on the toilet.
On a more serious note, the insight and experiences provided by the community in this forum are just as valuable as the models themselves.
I have learned from this forum that I'm not alone in my quest to achieve pleasure through P-spot studying simulation. I've made a ton of progress. Learned a few things about myself along the way. But the big O still eludes me and my journey continues.
Slowing down, breathing, and enjoying the journey!
What is most valuable for me was dropping any expectation and accepting what my body had available for me. It is an acceptance exercise and quite powerfull in other spheres of my life.
For me, the Aneros forum was like an encyclopedia, from which I learned to meditate, relax my body, and clear my mind. When I got here, I was already multi-orgasmic, but I didn’t fully understand how this part of the body works. I now own most of the non-vibrating Aneros products and I can’t wait for this new model.
learning to relax and breathe and be in the right headspace. And that some sessions will be duds and that’s fine
