I would suggest your inner thighs will be a good idea to start with cause it gives you a preview what the pads might apply to even more sensitive and vulnerable spots of your body. Please report about your experiences as having bought the oxballs nutter sacksling I got very curious about their estim offer.

Timelessspa,

There is a thread on this Forum called The Slightest Touch which discusses the use of a product called 'The Slightest Touch' (an E-stim device originally designed for women but has also been used by men). The original makers of that product produced a short user manual for men's usage/guidance with ’B Mayfield’ as a contributing author, (here’s a link to a copy of that manual), 'B Mayfield' also wrote a post “I SING THE BODY ELECTRIC...” regarding its use but has subsequently removed it, so don’t look for it. (Apparently the company was sold a few years ago and since then their service and customer relations have significantly deteriorated. At this time one may be much better off purchasing an alternative product from another manufacturer. Two well known alternative manufacturers are Paridise Electro Stimulations & Erostek.)

There is a large group of E-Stim aficionados at SmartStim.com, with a wealth of information surrounding E-Stim usage, however, you do have to join the membership (it's free) in order to access the website information. There have been numerous discussions there about electrifying Aneros massagers. Most of those discussions revolve around homemade devices. E-Stim equipment is mentioned in the Aneros WIKI and in several threads in the Forum such as Electrosex and Aneros, electrostimulation...., Hesitating to post this but... & electro-stim + aneros / ‘sterostimming’. In an older thread this commercially available item - The Electrify It Kit shows the use of the Aneros Maximus in an electrified condition. However, I don't know if that kit is still available. There is also some instructions for creating your own E-stim device here.

Please take proper safety precautions when utilizing E-Stim equipment!

Good Vibes to You !

As discussed above, safety really counts when using 'homebrew' estim. TENS units lack the voltage regulation and current limiting of the more sophisticated pieces of gear intended for this purpose. Avoid any surface 'trode' placement that might loosen during an involuntary body response and produce a "sensation" that would make you psychologically gun shy during future sessions. Completely shave skin where you plan to place 'trodes' I liked the back of my knees for the 'return path (common ground point).

I ground down and polished an old Progasm (to about the dimensions of a Pro-Jr. and cladded it with copper foil. You can find one-side-sticky foil on guitar websites where it's sold as an anti-static shielding material. (example: https://www.amazon.com/s/?ie=UTF8&keywords=copper+foil+shielding&tag=googhydr-20&index=aps&hvadid=103320561802&hvpos=1t2&hvexid=&hvnetw=g&hvrand=10971987254465761514&hvpone=&hvptwo=&hvqmt=b&hvdev=c&ref=pd_sl_217jt93228_b_p14 ). Work the wrinkles out of it so that you won't create holes in the walls of your anal canal and rectum. .... enjoy !

I made my own homebrew TENS with an audio amp etc... I agree with rook, it can give you a shocking (pun intended) experience, I did stop to use it more due to lack of time and resources at the moment.
With care home-made device work well, electrode are another subject.

l think l may have gone a little too far in my first session.. it was definitely interesting and felt pretty good but its been a couple of days now and have a backed up feeling, l'll give it a day because the feelings are subsiding now so l may have pushed the voltages a little high (l will note the unit is powered by two double A batteries so it isnt all that powerful).

the toy l used was specifically designed (not sure if l should mention the name as in the past lve been told not to mention competitor models), however its a similar shape at the head and shaft as the progasm (with the ability to be shaped for better prostate contact) with perineum area making contact, it has 4 ports to insert 2mm things in which connect to the machine controlling the stimulation, still am holding off for the week just to see how things feel by the end.. as the current discomfort could just be something unrelated (after all it feels like constipation heh).

Does anyone happen to have a slightest touch for sale? It worked wonders for me during aneros sessions, and it's too bad they are no longer available....i no longer have one...I've tried many other tens units, but none of them have the same effect for me as far as building arousal

Perhaps you can unearth 'surplus' e-stim gear in the estim group of www.zity.biz That group has several members into mp3 files that support the audio amplifier approaches to estim. Look for posts by "Sky Bear"

My Slightest Touch still works and it is the bomb! It really "gets me there" in my sessions. I use it as a stage-2 type orgasm amplifier after I've already had a few dry Os. Behind the knees is great, but there's a spot at the base of my obliques that I connect to, so that one pad is behind my left knee and the other is at the base of my oblique, about 4 inches or so from my cock. The current runs through my genitals like this, and when my prostate/anus does contractions, this spot on my lower abdomen flexes really hard, so the pad kind of accents that flex. It helps create a big loop of wild fun!

I really want a tens-related anal probe to see what that feels like. Just need the cash to get one. I bet it'll be fantastic, I can only imagine my prostate will go haywire! I got a 4-pad estim tens unit a while ago, but sometimes it decides to jack itself up to full power when I try to turn it off and it straight up ruins a session flat! OMG I thought I was gonna die the last time that happened, I'm scared of that thing now. But this lower torso position I'm talking about, I would do an X-pattern like I described with all 4 pads and that would make me have so many good deep Os...damn why does that tens unit have to be all weird?!?!

I have a tens unit and would like to try it down there. Does anyone have suggestions on a good placement for the pads?

My preferred pad placement now is at the BL 36 acupuncture points. Way better than any internal electrodes.

I posted about it on Smartstim today under continuous/multiple O's.

I think folks should approach e-stim with a lot of caution. I used to be an avid e-stimer, using a dual electrode butt plug. While awesome it altered things permanently - most noticeably affecting ejaculation from squirting to oozing. It also may have been a factor in erectile dysfunction issues I have and delayed ejaculation issues. I finally admitted my past use to my urologist and he feels that it may have caused these issues or contributed to them. His official advice - don't do it. His unofficial advice, don't do it but if you are going to do it, save it for a time when there is no longer any plan to have children and you are no longer sexually active with a partner. YMMV
