Sometimes to relax at the beginning of a session I like to listen to ambient electronic music with a slow steady beat. Just relaxing and listening for the first 10-20 minutes after inserting the aneros. Then when I start my first gentle contractions I love to move it in time to the music. Usually I take my headphones off though once the first mini-o's start since my body needs to move to its own rhythm at that point.

If anybody else likes this kind of thing I highly recommend somafm.com. It's an internet radio station with a wide variety of electronic music channels. Specifically, I recommend the Groove Salad and Space Station Soma channels.

Also, on my final comedown I nearly always listen to Stone in Focus by Aphex Twin, in my opinion one of the greatest pieces of ambient music of all time. I sometimes find that after my last super-o when my body is telling me "No More!" I still keep trying to do it again, and end up feeling a little disappointed. For some reason, this song just helps me bliss out while the last p-waves subside.

By the way, if you like the station you should know that Soma's operations are solely supported by listener donations. So if you have the means, please make a contribution.

Captain Faust,

Welcome to the Aneros Forum,

Thanks for adding to the list of Aneros users favorite tunes, I've added Stone in Focus by 'Aphex Twin' to the Muse Music group listing. You might want to take a look at that list yourself to see what some of your fellow members are also listening to!

P.S. I sent you an introductory PM with some additional hints and tips to keep you rollin'.
