E-stim, abdominal muscles, and pad placement?

I've got a Slendertone belt that I've been using to kinda help with all the loose potato sack that's left over from slimming down, and on the higher settings I noticed that I start to feel an aneros twitch if I've got one in, and sitting on a cradle isn't a bad experience either.

Anyone else ever done this properly, with a full powerbox and set of pads on his stomach? What size were they and where did you put them?

I have a SensaVox from ElectraStim. I have not tried an Aneros / estim session. But I'm also very new to e-stim.

i have tried an estim prostate massager insert in the back and loops around the base of the penis - the electrified prostate massager is a little big for me so I've not had much success with that combo.

i've used a smaller male e-still Kegel inducer with same loop. Also with pads.

i've just not had much of a response yet from e-stim... so I apologize if I'm not much help... but I'll experiment with the sticky electro-pads and a regular Aneros and see what I find out!

I mean I've got electro prostate plugs and everything, but this was just the regular stim pads used for toning and exercising muscles. The ones that work out your abs make the aneros move around a little, just because it's pulling your stomach up and away, and that shifts everything near it.

Yep, I followed what you were describing.

I've read that e-stim devices may deliver a different kind of stimulation than a muscle toning type of device. But the SensaVox can contract muscles so I'm not really sure if it's an apples to apples comparison, but I'll try it out!

@kaygo YES AND YES!! I have two spots that I put pads on religiously. One is on my left thigh, on the inside about 6 inches away from my anus. There's a really big tendon/muscle that feels "hard" when I'm on my back with legs bent, knees up, feet flat on floor that I can feel right there that runs the length of my leg, and I get the pad on that.

The other spot, my "honey" spot or so I've recently named it, is at the base of my right oblique, just at the spot where the bone seems to "protrude" that's a part of the pelvis. I have the Slightest Touch, so it's just two pads. The current crosses right through my ass and genitals perfectly like this, and since my lower abs and obliques tend to tighten on their own as I have involuntary contractions in my ass from Aneros, the current seems to augment this flexing and it makes me have many more Os and elevates me to Super Os on occasion. I don't need the S. Touch to have Os or Super Os, but it's like nitrous oxide booster for a race car that's already in the lead, or something like that!

@techpump Is it the tendon that runs between your leg and groin where the two meet? And I've heard of the Slightest Touch, but can't find any place that still has one.
