Your post is a bit off-topic, as our main concern on this forum is the encouragement for guys to enjoy the Aneros prostate massage devices. However, you're question can stimulate some "on-topic" debate as well.

I have utilized estim and enjoy it a lot. However, I generally use it in conjunction with use with either my Peridise or my Helix. I find it to be very stimulating (no pun intended) and a great enhancement to my Peridise use, especially.

I don't believe it's necessary to place an electrode on the perineum to enjoy estim, in fact, in my experience, placing an electrode pad there is actually too stimulating, and not very pleasant.
