I can not seem to obtain a dry orgasm. Minutes into a session with my ANEROS I always have an ejaculation sometime with an erection but most times without.
Not being someone who has a lot of experience in this, I take it from lonewolf8 this is a good thing? I am looking to expand my experiences any recommendations?
@wayneal
I'm not sure if it's a good or a bad thing. It's just different. I've never experienced that, and I find it hot... and wish i could ejaculate hands free like that. 🙂
It's best to try to think away from "good vs bad" mentality. It's all a unique and different journey for everyone, and I think the ultimate goal is really to get to things that feel good.
I think from my reading of the forums, ejaculating when using an Aneros is on a different path to reaching the full body super O. However it doesn't mean that it can't be a fun and enjoyable path. I think I seem to remember that someone suggested clenching the PC muscles with less force, in order to not have the ejaculation. I'm not sure what technique excactly you use, but that could be something worth looking into.
Does the ejaculation at least feel good and pleasurable?
As for my own personal experience... I have quite a bit of experience but not much progress. I've never had an orgasm from the Aneros, so from my perspective, you are ahead of the curve. However it's also not wise to compare yourself with another person - it's not a race against anyone else.
It could help if you gave more information about what you do in the session. Then hopefully someone with deep knowledge can help too 🙂
@wayneal, as @lonewolf8 noted, your HFWO's are not typical for Aneros users and many men would like to experience this phenomenon but I presume you are posting because you are seeking advice on how to alter this situation and avoid session termination due to the post ejaculatory refractory period.
What you are describing is a form premature ejaculation. The same psychological components for treating premature ejaculation would apply here. On the physical side, firstly, you need to eliminate the main trigger for the ejaculatory reflex, avoid any contact/stimulation of the penis. If self restraint is difficult, use of numbing creme or a chastity device may be employed. You may find the reasoning in @Cockadoodle ’s thread Penis, NOT helpful here.
Secondly, restrict action of your Cremaster muscle. This muscle typically tries to contract prior to and during orgasm and may be a contributing sensory input to triggering the ejaculatory reflex. This may be done by use of a cockring around the penis and testicles, testicle cuffs or other devices designed to keep the testicles from being drawn up close to the body.
Thirdly, learn to relax all your muscles, especially your pelvic floor muscles. When you feel the tension normally associated with the approach to your PONR, consciously get yourself to relax those muscles, practice keeping relaxed. When you feel your arousal starting to wane, reapply voluntary contractions to initiate your Aneros movement and added prostate stimulation. Hopefully, without external stimulation of your genitals, when the involuntary orgasmic contractions kick in you won't have triggered the ejaculatory reflex.
The psychological components are a more difficult aspect to deal with, only you can do the in-depth, self- searching needed to resolve those internal issues.
Good Vibes to You !
Yes, the reason for the post was to seek advice on how to minimize or eliminate the ejaculation so as to increase the time and achieve a more pleasurable experience beyond ejaculation. Your insight to premature ejaculation is interesting in the fact that as a young man I experienced this problem but as I gained more experience it had appeared (until now??) to have been resolved.
I have a session about every 10 days in the evening after a bowel cleaning and hot shower. I am not a big fan of pornography as by the time I am out of the shower the excitement of looking forward to the session has already started to build causing a semi-erection. I usually listen to some light jazz and breathe to try and relax to eliminate erection, which appears to be working as of late, prior to lubricating and insertion, this without any contact or stimulation to my penis. After insertion and my Progasm starts to contact my prostate is when ejaculation occurs, lately without an erection. The feeling is quite satisfying but does not meet my expectations or the reason for my interest in prostate stimulation. I am looking to move beyond a normal ejaculation.
Rumel I will work on restricting the action of my Cremaster muscle as well as my pelvic floor muscles.
Thank you both for your guidance and will definitely post back to let you all know how trying these recommendations has helped!
