Does it matter if....?

Hi everyone. Sometimes, I like to masturbate without finishing to orgasm. My question is, does it make a big difference in acheiving success of the super-o if I merely stimulate my penis without the aneros? For example, now, I've already gone several weeks without cumming. But within those weeks, I've only stimulated myself without going all the way to orgasm. So does the fact that Im merely stimulating without going to orgasm greatly nullify my chances of a super-o as well? Would I have better chances if I didn't stimulate at all? I'd really like to know, thanks.

I think in many ways, not ejaculating will help you progress faster with the Aneros. Not ejaculating helps to build up sexual energy. The aneros should help move the energy in a very pleasurable and helpful way. Don't know your age, but not ejaculating for an extended period of time does put some pressure on the prostate. The aneros will help disperse the pressure.

Im 21 years old. I'll be 22 in March. I just want to know if it made a big difference if I just stimulated and not ejaculated. Thanks for your response! Maybe it just matters that I don't ejaculate.

hey chrisnyc87, holding ejaculation might serve you but might also hit you back since it will increase your sex drive being 22years old and you will want results more than normal and that can work against you, aneros sessions gives good results when you are somewhat relaxed.

Hope this helps.

Hi chrisnyc87,

BigE is right on the money here. I could not have said it better, but while I was reading his response to you, I was thinking about what BoP said in the very next post. We are all on the same page Boys!

I am not sure I could have held off for 2 weeks when I was 22 without a huge amount of difficulty. At least it would be on my mind ALL THE TIME! It has gotten a bit easier over the years, but at 22, that would have been a tall order.

Experiment and you will find what works for you. Good luck!

If you're 22, I wouldn't get into a mindset of avoiding ejaculation for too long. Every man needs to clean the pipes at some point, or risk some health issues. I'd relax about it, and enjoy a nice cum every couple of weeks at least. In between the aneros will serve you well.

Oh wow! I didn't know it was unhealthy to keep off ejaculation for a few weeks. If thats true, I should do it now then...because I don't wanna do anything that would jeapordize my sexual health!

occasional periods of holding off is fine.

but, you should be aware that there were some studies that indicated that men who ejaculated more than 5 times per week when younger had a lower rate of prostate cancer than those who did so less frequently.

this is not necessary operative. just for you to look into.
