I'm competely confused and this question is for anyone especially experienced aneros users for have had obtained the Super O, or dry orgasms. I am going on almost 2 years with no aneros orgasms yet. Once I lay down and insert the aneros, I try to relax and think of nothing and for 1st 10 minutes or so. After that I'm not sure what to do? Do I do nothing and just concentrate on my breathing? Or do I try to do kegals? And if I do kegals should they be short ones, or should I really kegal hard for a longer time? Not sure which one is best to start the Super O or dry orgasms. Any help would be appreciated

@aneros_user113188 You didn't mention what model(s) you are using? It will make a difference! I am using only the HIH 950 now and I've had primarily p-waves. Formerly, I used Helix, Eupho and Progasm Jr with many O's including Super-O's. So I'm thinking that the particular design of the Aneros will make a difference in your results. In my case now, I really don't have to start out with much. Usually, do-nothing for about 10-15 minutes then I will start light kegels until I feel more. In that case, I will "go with the flow", wherever that leads me. And if I don't, I won't worry; there will always be another time, another session.

Of course, underlying all of this is the fact that, IMHO, you really can't "force" a prostate orgasm. If you try, you are setting yourself up for failure. Instead, you can just relax and absorb the wonderful sensations your Aneros is giving you! Good luck!

PS Forgot to mention that your 'state-of-mind" during sessions is important, IMHO. Try to get into that state somehow before you start your session. I find that it is better to be aroused beforehand!

I personaly just relax and try to mentaly arouse myself and expand on the sensations down there. And of theres pleasure i try to experiance them all wothout getting overly excited and mentaly build them. Kind of picture them expandong in your body. I don't pay attention to breathing really, just relaxing and all the sensations happening in my lower area.

Something I read in a post along time ago, I cant remember where, but they said you have to give into your prostate. You are not controlling it, you are being the submissive to it. Sort of like you are just a viewer and youre gracious for any profit. Hard to put it to words, but they did well. I believe it was darkorb or something. Cant quite remember.

I have many Aneros devices and I use the do nothing technique. Maybe I do a couple of contraction after insertion just to get them located then do nothing.

Prostate massage is a mind and body system which delivers delicate sensations. If you are manually doing contractions you may miss the beginnings of the sensation.

As soon as I feel something I focus my mind and concentrate on the sensation as it develops. I don't ever try to force a sensation because it will stop or never start in the first place.
