Discovered an interesting technique

Still new here. I've read quite a few posts but not all. In my experimentation I've discovered a technique that I haven't seen in any other threads but I'm sure this is common. Using Helix Syn, laying on my side I contract the left glute for a moment. As I release the contraction I simultaneously start contracting the right glute. I start this at a slow pace and gradually work up to a faster pace. I vary the speed periodically to see what it feels like. I can actually get the speed up so fast that it literally feels like a vibration.

This exercise seems to create a side to side prostate massage that really starts to feel good after a few minutes. I've experimented with speed as well as strength of contraction. Seems to feel best when completely relaxed except for contracting the glutes. It never goes any further than a REALLY good prostate feeling. No dry O or wet O, just a REALLY good feeling. I've never done this for more than about ten minutes so i don't know if the intensity would build over time. Maybe I'll try a longer session next week.

Just curious if anybody else has used this technique and if it eventually leads to anything more intense.

I tried this technique again (alternating contractions of the right and left glutes) and I find that within a minute or two the sensations build to the point where it feels like I'm about to orgasm. However, the sensations stay just barely under the orgasm level. When the feelings start to build I get an instant rock hard erection. Even just flexing one butt cheek does the trick, the lower one, when I'm on my side. This doesn't seem to work on my back.

This exercise produces a wonderful feeling in the prostate and that feeling sometimes comes back during times when I least expect it. Like when I'm in the office working at my desk. It's really distracting.

This technique gets me up near the top of the summit very fast but not over the top. I'm wondering what is over the top of the summit? Would it be a dry O? All of the pleasant feeling are centered directly on the prostate and I don't know what kind of orgasm that would produce.

Last night I tried something where I started alternating contractions slowly and then slowly increased the speed. After getting up to a moderately fast speed I alternated very fast twitching of the glutes, not really full contractions. When the feelings got really intense, I stopped and completely relaxed for several minutes. Then I repeated the sequence. Each time I repeated this I felt like the feeling were getting more intense. Just never quite gets to the summit. It leaves me with a feeling of super sexual arousal that I have never felt before. It's like an itch that you can't scratch and the desire is almost unbearable by the end of the session. I always end with a T O because I can't stand it anymore and I have to end the session.

One thought that occurred to me. I wonder what would happen if I just ended the session without a T O and just ended it feeling horny as hell. I'm thinking that if I ended several session like that in the same week, I would literally explode by the third session. That would take an awful lot of self control and I don't know if I can do it.

@roygbiv, I've tried something similar a few years ago, before considerable nerve damage, and was able to get similar results, but it felt so good, that I was unable to keep it up for more that several seconds, let alone several minutes. Good for you.

I've discovered this technique also, a few years ago. I visualize it as the head of the device moving from side to side over my prostate. It sure does get very intense very quickly. I'm able to keep it up for a few minutes, and then need a rest. While resting, my body continues to move the aneros up and down in a kind of auto-fuck motion, very very pleasurable. I've not been able to keep it up to where I get a super-O yet, because it gets too intense, just driving me mad 🙂

Nice thing about the aneros and prostate -- there's always more to learn 🙂

I've been doing it for about 30 mins and it doesn't lead to anything other than feeling like you're on the verge of an orgasm. It's a dead end. Although a nice feeling dead end.

Nothing in this journey is a dead end. Sorry to disagree with you, Roy. If it's pleasurable, do it, and keep up the arousal with porn if needed, something new WILL happen. Something new happens every time I use the Aneros,no session is like any previous session. Don't discount this method because it hasn't led to a super O or a dry O or whatever you expect -- expectations kill the journey. Just do it and let things happen.

That's my approach, at least. Sure, a super O hasn't happened to me yet, with this method. Maybe because I don't have the stamina and tolerance to so much pleasure, or maybe it's that I did not keep up the arousal high enough, or perhaps I did not abstain from having a regular cum long enough or... Who knows? Who cares anyways 🙂

Just do it and "go with the flow"

I've done that ALOT of times.. But mostly using E-stim. Pads on my glutes, so there is no concentration on the flexing part 😉

I was premature to say it was a dead end. Today I spent an hour on the do nothing technique then got bored and did the alternating butt cheek flexing. Three things happened this time that were different. First, I got an incredibly good feeling in the tip of the penis that lasted about a minute. I don't touch the penis at all. It was crazy. Second, there were three or four times when some clear fluid shot out of my penis seemingly under pressure. I did not detect any muscle contractions so I know it wasn't an orgasm. Third, the level of arousal was so high that it was about equal to a traditional orgasm. It was just a steady state of high arousal that felt super good and lasted for over two minutes. I can't imagine what could be over the top of that summit.

I had thought about using porn to push over the edge but I have a problem with porn in that I do not want my phone or computer to get infected with malware. For that reason, I never go near it.

I would be interested in trying e-stim but buying the parts for a basic setup seems too complicated. Is there a basic kit that is good quality? ie. is there a basic kit that has current limiting so you don't get accidentally burned?

This (visual representation) creates vibration by focusing on two slightly different places(kinaesthetic) in the same way hemi-sync does with slightly different frequencies; create a third in the mind's eye.
So really it's focusing on the coccyx, i.e. on the outer canal so this in turn has two slightly different places(inner-outer) blabla...

The coccyx is an interesting point to focus on, not only as instrumental in the (orgasmic) triangle : belly button, prostate, but the coccyx is also the point that fires energy up the spine.

Learned something else new. I was flexing my butt cheeks quite a bit with this technique. It produces what I would call a prostate "massage." I discovered If I use very minimal and gentle flexes, and I mean MINIMAL, it produces what I would call a prostate tickle as opposed to a massage. I have been alternating the flexing of the butt cheeks but also discovered flexing both cheeks at the same time while leaving all other muscles completely relaxed. Whoa! Then throw in some VERY GENTLE and minimal thrusting. I'm so close to going over the edge. Problem is you can't do this every day or the prostate looses some sensitivity. I find it's best for me to have a three day break and then start out with the do nothing technique for the first hour. Holy cow. This is going to drive me nuts. Those tickles come back during the day while at work. The tickling gets to the point where its just incredible. The prostate tickle thing only works on my side. It's way better than the prostate "massage."
