I used to own the helix syn and lost it while traveling a few years ago. I purchased the helix syn trident and noticed it seems to have more “give” in the body itself than the helix syn. It also seems like it’s just slightly smaller. I’ve had great sessions with the syn trident, but for some reason it feels slightly smaller and doesn’t seem to feel like it massages my prostate as firmly as the original helix syn.

I could be remembering the helix syn with rose colored glasses but I was wondering if anyone has both helix massagers and can confirm if the original helix syn is a bit larger and firmer or am I just going crazy. 🙂

also I’ve been looking around to purchase a helix syn but sadly it looks like it’s been discontinued and only the helix syn trident is available. 🙁

any info on the comparison would be great.

I bought both models over the space of 9-10 months and think that shape-wise they're not too different at all.  I still use both.  I think the shape has been modified just slightly because the HST slides in a tiny bit easier.  In terms of size I don't notice any difference.  The silicone is different, maybe slightly drier and more velvety in the HST, doesn't hold lube quite as well as the HS but does have the benefit of not holding a smell, the first silicone butt toy that has done that in my experience.  I'd say the HST is overall improved and I made a heck of a lot more progress with it so you shouldn't pine away for want of the HS.  My 2p.
