Frankly, I don't know where the number 7 came from, but I know that there are indeed new Aneros models in development. Unlike other manufacturers that hurry out merchandise in service of meeting deadlines, HIH is committed to releasing product only when they are totally satisfied with it. The end result....products that people are talking about years later. I know that it's hard to be patient about such things. But rest assured that when a new Aneros model makes it onto the market it will be something that has been rigorously tested for quality and performance.

Hang in there.

Any idea how I can volunteer my services as a as a tester?

On testing new units, one way is to sign up for the "Email Exclusives" on the Homepage. Very often, testers are drawn from the pool of users that have responded there. While there is no guarantee you will be chosen, the opportunity is there.

On the Stainless Steel Peridise, I know that it is one of the models that is presently under development, but I have no release date on it.

Still haven't heard about anything new. How about that Helix with the Progasm P-Tab?

Why only analtoys, why not expand into other areas?Like Aneros accessoires. I think many ppl on this site would buy an ergonomically designed accessoire for making the best experience possible...keep in mind comfort, range of motion...an accessoir built to incorporate costomer suggestions....

Helix with a Progasm style P-tab, and possibly K-tab, seems like a good option to me. Basically a scaled down Progasm in terms of tabs, with the body remaining the same as at present.

🙂

Or better yet, update all of the Aneros' with the spherical P-tab. It couldn't be that big of an engineering change; just use a spherical end cutter that fits the diameter of the flat P-tab to grind/bore out the P-tab area into the proper shape. It shouldn't take too long or cost all that much. Just a simple matter of set-up and programming where the cutter is to go and how deep.

I used to be attracted to this mod (using the Progasm style p-tab on the smaller tools). However, I'm now cautious about this (having recently played with the shape of my Progasm).

The concern is directional stability. The conventional and dime style tabs enhance stability of MGX, Helix, Eupho, SGX and probably Maximus. At the same time they provide perineal (sweet spot) pressure to 'hug' the prostate against the tool body. They're somewhat immune to being twisted off-center by rectal spasms or pelvic thrusts and they, "stay with you" as you maneuver. I find this particularly true with SGX which has a high ratio of tab size to body volume. (I can place the pointy end of SGX on a nice spot and it tends to stay put with little corrective effort.)

I believe that Progasm gains a lot of directionality from it's head and body shape and from the 'steering' influence of the k-tab. I think there's also some slight gain from the oval stem.

As I've altered the shape of Progasm, I'm suffering some "p-tab wander." Good news is that an occasional glute squeeze on the k-tab can 'screw' things back in place. 😀

Nearly a year later, and still no stainless Peridise, and whatever happened to the Helix with a Progasm P-tab?

Badger,

On the stainless Peridise, I've been told that we can expect it in the next several months. Yes, it has taken longer to produce than expected, but I think it will be worth the wait.

Hang in there!

Sorry, I got impatient and got the regular Beginner Peridise a few weeks ago; I'll bet the stainless Peridise will cost $$$. What about the ball P-tab Helix? Mine really digs in to the point of being painful, which is too distracting. Has HIH looked into the differences in contact due to different body sizes?

A Helix stretch would be absolutely great addition.

Assuming the dimensions ov the ICE are the same as the original Progasam, can one expect to have a problem adjusting to the ICE'S size. With only having the Helix and a couple of Peridises, the sheer size , 1.3 inch girth, seems a bit imposing.

Any one's thoughts???

Well, I have had no anal experience except after christmas I finally tried my glass g-spot dildo I think three or four times, it's rather slim, a knob at 9 cm and then a shaft at 7, balls on the other end at 10.

Have used the progasm three or four times depending on how you count.

The first time (1-2 weeks ago) it was rather hard to get in. Relaxed after the head for some time. Only in for 2-3 minutes, came after the head got in, so, well, yeah.

The second time was yesterday, I warmed up with my g-spot dildo for size somewhat and while it took some time I managed to get the progasm in pretty easy.

Today was the third time and I used the glass dildo again, never cared for the thicker bubbles end and didn't had it in for long, and the progasm went in with great ease. Hadn't douched before that though. It was more like a warmup, or something ;/

Later I went to eat something and got it out, dousched, and let it go in. Very short time with the glass one because I expected to was warm up but I think it took longer time now. Maybe the smaller and rather "pointy" dousche + water makes it harder, rinse out everything inside to.

Anyway it was not like I had to fight with it a lot.

And I have no Helix, though would had wanted one since I think maybe the progasm is a little big for me, first time I thought it hurt because of length and I suppose maybe the helix moves more. And I could use it as warmup or something.

Anyway neither is really hard to get in, the Aneros is 10 cm around both head and body though somewhat rectangular and even slimmer/flatter at the body. The angles makes it somewhat harder than the bubbles on the glass dildo but no biggy.

The Progasm would be amazing in glass =P

I don't know if this is news or not, but according to the Aneros Facebook page:

ANEROS fans: We're adding some *vibration* to our line of stimulators and the Peridise will captivate you with sleek stainless steel. Plus, we didn't forget about our ANEROS ladies... there's much in the works especially for you.

Who could had guessed?

Funny how it seem to be much appriciated from the people actually using such products but the wiki (which isn't necessary expressing the opinions of the manufacturer but whatever) and the users here have defended the lack of that functionallity since it would had been so harsh, non-gentle, less spiritual, omg damaging, less elegant or whatever.

Good one.

So, will we see that opinion carved in stone even after the new products is out? ..

I have a rather large build and feel I need slightly longer devices that can penetrate that little bit more. As the SGX was developed for the smaller built Asian, a Helix-stretch would be a device with the diameter of a Helix but just that little bit longer.

In the coming months there will be new products released. HIH has generally leaned towards springtime for such things......there's a certain symmetry there (new growth and all). Wait and see what they have in store.

I dont know who it was that said it to me, but about a year ago I was told that if I had interest in beta testing, to join the e mail list and e mail support to tell them I am interested. I received no response. The only reason I ask now is not only because new products are on the rise, but because the Facebook page states that they are considering using forum members.

As a user of over 2 years now, I would be interested in more information on this.

Nat,

If you've emailed them then you've made the list. Naturally everybody won't be selected. In the past they've tended to lean towards members who are active in the forum (which you are) so wait and see!

Badger and all,

At this point I can say that there will be several releases this year, one of which is the Stainless Peridise. The other is something completely different (there may be a third as well). I wish I was a liberty to say more at this point, (but rest assured, you're going to like them!) Once a release date is firmed up, there will likely be more information to share. HIH knows that there's been a lot of anticipation about the new products and my sense is that they've been working hard to put the finishing touches on everything. As I said some weeks ago I think we're looking at springtime. I know that everyone has been patient.

Hang in there.
