It seems to me every time I focus on my body sensations my anal region starts to conctrat with my dick twitching as well without aneros inserted in me. It's not so intense, but really exciting to feel.
What does this mean and is this part of the processes?

@0rgasm19 - Sounds like re-wiring is kicking in and unlocking new pleasurable sensations. Enjoy them, let it become part of your arousal as you continue on the journey unlocking new pleasure you body has to give.

I think you are advancing along in your Aneros journey when you have these sensations and can act upon them. You may find the list of Aneros milestones to be instructive.
