I've been using Aneros for a while now (mgx, helix, eupho) and to my knowledge I have yet to achieve the Super O. Where I am now is I get the tingling feeling all over my body which leads to uncontrollable body shakes (total body and really uncontrollable). This last for 15-30 seconds and it's about all I can handle. Then I come down a little and can repeat.
What is the next step and how do I get there?
I'm not unhappy with where I am but I do want all the feeling that is possible.

I'm not well grounded in medicine or neurology but tend to think of our twitching muscles as a form of anxiety reaction. I first experienced it on session #3, had it really bad (or good) during session #6.
It's been a sign of progress for most guys here and when it happens during orgasm, probably indicates that the limbic part of the brain is reaching out to explore new avenues for release or locations to pleasure.
I caution against, "what's the next step" -- that was a session killer for me and everytime I get that analytical, I plateau or go backward. I think though that relaxing, focusing on what else might be going on, and nourishing the most subtle feelings that may be hiding under the twitching/tremor is the way to go.
What's next? Warmth, fullness and energy in your DanTien or other chakras. Those propagate to pleasure waves. Warm muscle contractions that extend for more than a few seconds. Relaxed breathing that synchronizes with your involuntary muscle contractions and builds to release as mini-Os.
Dude, don't kid yourself! That's a full blown full body super-orgasm you're experiencing. Enjoy the shaking for what it is. Accept it! Don't Fight IT!! Congratlulations man!
Amen, AW...dude, you're there! Now, let it build, learn how you do it, and enjoy!
Remember, it won't always happen (at least it doesn't for me) but there are many, many enjoyable sessions with massive p-waves that can thrill and entertain you between Super O's.
Relax, submit and enjoy.

I am enjoying my journey. I almost hit the out of body experience but it was not an erotic experience. If I never do anything but whole body uncontrollable shaking I'm not disappointed.
Thanks folks.
