i'm a young guy, 23 years old. only had sex 2 times in my whole life. absolutely no experience with putting any thing up my ass. not even a finger.

I ordered an aneros because masturbating doesn't feel good anymore, it's just something that I do but it just doesn't feel that pleasurable. Reading about super orgasms is jaw dropping and i want that in my life.

The problem is I have a history of impatience and frustration. Will i be able to see any results at all from this product before i give up? My aneros is shipping right now, and i have a lot of doubts on how well it'll work on me. If it'll even go in me, for instance. I can't even get a finger up my butt in the shower, i'm too squeamish...

Relax and breath. The only way to find yourself, and true pleasure is through silence and stillness.

Welcome yr99!!

Great response forum_jedi!! yr99, there are techniques to address each concern or barrier you have mentioned and lots of experienced members to make suggestions and coach you if you like. You "have nothing to fear butt fear itself!" Your anus will relax and open with a little selected encouragement when you are ready with your aneros. Which model have you ordered??

yr99,

Welcome to the Aneros Forums,
I'm not a young guy, I'm one of the old goats around here but I do have some advice, in addition to 'forum_jedi' and 'artform's, to offer.
I know reading about Super-O's can fire up a young man's imagination and spur magnificent fantasies of mythic proportions but you need to treat most of what you read as hyperbole. Your journey is going to be unique so please don't get caught up in trying to have your experiences match those of whom you've read about.
If you want to avoid frustrations, forget about the hype and read the Aneros WIKI instead. Drop expectations and develop your patience, Patience, PATIENCE. Of particular interest to new users are the "Aneros Basics", "Getting Started" & "The Super-O" sections, please take some time to familiarize yourself with these sections as they will answer many questions you have yet to formulate and save you a great deal of time during your learning process.
Finally, just relax and have fun as you learn more about yourself and what your body is capable of accomplishing, this journey is not a race or competition it is a tantalizing tour of new sensations and feelings.
Good Vibes to You !

thanks everyone. i did read through the wiki, many times in fact. i've been thinking about the aneros a lot, and anal stimulation in general.

I understand the value of patience, however, reading some accounts of taking 1 year or more to achieve a super-o is a bit discouraging. How can it take that long? I plan on having at least one session a day as I do have a decent amount of free time. Will it still take one year or more to achieve my goal of reaching a super-o?

yr99,

You asked "How can it take that long?" Well, it is possible you will have a Super-O on your virginal ride. It is not a predictable event and it will most likely surprise you when it does occur. If you think you can accelerate the process by utilizing 'siege' tactics you are only fooling yourself, chasing after a Super-O is a fools quest. Your best approach is just set the environment up the best that you can, only do an Anerosession when you are already aroused and listen to your body, allow your feelings and sensations to dictate the pace of your learning.
Good Vibes to You !

I would be very helpful to let us know what model aneros you have purchased. It would help in answering your questions.
It is the journey that is so important as there are heaps of good experiences on the way. In just looking for a super you may miss the pointer on the way. It is a whole person experience not localized.
There are many obstacles " hang ups" to deal with first.

i haven't received my aneros yet, and i'm already feeling impatient and anxious. This does not seem to bode well for my "journey."

i purchased the helix syn, that looked like the best one for a beginner right now.

I've been doing kegal exercises to try to prepare myself. I was thinking of doing something simple like putting a finger up my butt but I feel squeamish about that.

What's helping me is i've been having this... gay fantasy of letting a guy do me from behind while i'm shaking and moaning from having my prostate stimulated by his cock. Ever since I found out about super-o's, i've been having that fantasy and it really turns me on to the idea of anal stimulation and the aneros, even though i have absolutely no sexual attraction to men, visually. it's strange..

yr99,

first, about your fantasy, a lot of guys who use the aneros, including straight guys, have fantasies like that sometimes. the more you accept yourself and allow yourself to be sexually free the better with the aneros. for example, i used the syn last night and imagined i was a girl (with a vagina) getting fucked from behind. felt great to spread my legs for him and let him grind on my pussy with his head deep inside me (jealous of women!). the point of fantasy is that it can be whatever you want, and everybody is different. let it come!

second, it sounds like you have some minor anxiety issues. i think good preparation for the aneros would be doing relaxation exercises or meditation once or twice a day. this is true for everybody, but especially for you. there are tons of suggestions on the web. something as simple as counting slow deep breaths to a hundred (and not having your mind wander).

you might resist this suggestion, that would be typical, but this will help you the most of all with your aneros journey and also with your life journey.

finally, you can work on your squeamishness about anal entry. do it outside the shower. put a towel over your sheet on your bed. put a little lube on your finger. lie on your side, and gently finger your hole (with no stimulation of your cock). if it helps your notion of "clean" do it after a shower. at first just do the outside, including your cheeks, and notice how that feels. the next day go in a teeny little bit, just what feels good. and advance from there. you need to get to the point that your finger goes in comfortably, and also comes out a little "dirty." that is part of accepting that part of your body. when you are done wash up well. (you might try fantasizing somebody is using their mouth on you down there.)

don't force anything in your butt. the best approach is to tease it so that it yearns to have your finger or aneros going in.

Your comments help me since I am a somewhat anxious person, altho I have learned in the last year to see the aneros as a distinct world in which to enter, shut out the outside high pressures of my profession, and attempt to relax and go with the flow. I can get wonderful p waves, have had my prostate start pumping, and last week felt a rapid heartbeat with wonderful p waves ligthing up my abodman.
Question. As an accomplished aneros afficionado, would you please provide links to the websites you like the best for RELAXATION EXERCISES and MEDITATION. I think this will help me too but rather than pussy foot around searching for whatever, it would help me alot to know what an accomplished aneros user considers the best relaxation exercises and meditation websites.
Thanks Man.

Great advice from the senior adepts here yr99!!

Our social conditioning about sex and excretion can be a major barrier. When my wife first fingered my anus and went inside and massaged my prostate, we did it very slowly and gently. Your seem to be an avid reader, so I recommend you read about the great advantages of slow sex, and the Slow Sex Movement.

My wife was astounded at all the varied activities inside my rectum, muscle actions, pulses, nerves twitching, "energies" flowing, prostate moving and "reaching"... and many more. And because of our more natural organic food choices and probiotic supplements, my rectum is better at keeping itself naturally clean almost all the time. Your getting to know your own body now, as I did at age 13, is key to your Conscious Mind and body/mind being able to relax with each other and let aneros trigger and encourage your rewiring sooner rather than later!!

Your fantasy is fine and not in conflict with your physical/emotional attraction preferences. It is moreover a very good sign that you are feeling a deep erotic connection with your own body and the full range of masculinity capacity, and this bodes well for your body/mind doing earlier and deeper rewiring of your nervous system and your brain!!

Your Aneros is not what will ultimately generate your dry multiples orgasmic successes and ecstasies!! Our aneros models can trigger our bodies to deal with this probably new set of sensations and that causes our body/mind to respond and all new neural circuits and/or modify the existing ones. These orgasmic new territories and ecstatic realms are mental games that can connect us into an ancient energies tradition and mapped understanding. More on that after you cum to understand that your aneros Syn is the first of your Tantric Training Wheels, as named by B Mayfield years ago!!!

PS Great to see you making progress Turnrow!!

The super-o may take a long time to reach, but it's not an all-or-nothing deal, at least not in my experience. My first session with it was just "ok", but it was still an upgrade from normal masturbation, and that was enough to keep me coming back. It got better and better over time, very slowly, but eventually I've reached sensations so good my eyes roll back. 🙂

thank you all for the replies.

in preparation for the aneros i've decided not to have ejaculations anymore. A couple months ago I tried out something called "nofap", which is basically not masturbating or looking at porn. On the 8th day I began to feel these waves of pleasure over my whole body from time to time. That experience is part of the reason why I want an aneros, because I want to experience those waves of pleasure, except more intense and more frequently. It's that experience that made me believe that my body is capable of experiencing more pleasure than I realize. Before that, I was a cynical skeptic.

On the same note, does anyone have tips on how to deal with blue balls without ejaculating? i'm kind of hurting, haha.

it's nice to know that you guys think my fantasy isn't too abnormal. Maybe I'm just really horny because i haven't been masturbating. I'm actually very confused about my sexuality right now though. Right now, there are times where I want so badly for a guy to give me.. well, a deep dicking. At the same time, the moment i put an actual face or person in my fantasy, i'm turned off because guys don't turn me on visually at all. there's absolutely no sexual attraction. What turns me on is the idea of a dominant man giving it to me really good while I'm lying there in helpless ecstasy... just the idea of it.

ANYWAY.. im really looking forward to the aneros now. I get it tomorrow. Right now while doing kegal exercises and not masturbating, i'm already feeling very subtle waves of pleasure like I felt before. I'm really hoping the aneros will amplify these sensations. I hope i'm not disappointed and this is the start of something amazing for me.

As for meditation, i've always been so restless and impatient... sorry, i just don't know if i could make myself focus on my breath or whatever. it's just so boring.
