Channeling the sexual energy into right venue

I've been doing a lot of aless exercises lately, trying to have complete control of my muscles. I've also been dealing with a lot of frustration about not being able to achieve orgasms anymore.

Whenever I do aless, I get some nice feeling and I also get super horny in the sense that I feel like I want to stick something up my ass and keep at it until I orgasm (althought that never really happened).

I would like to actually channel this "horniness" into achieving aless prostate orgasm rather than trying to "beat it out", either by masturbating or actively massaging my prostate trying to get somewhere.

I feel like I am unable to let go of control and still try to get to where I need to go by "conventional" means that men use - just put enough effort and you'll get there.

I hope my post is clear enough, it's kind of difficult to put this into words. Any input is greatly appreciated!

Many before you found the holy grail and lost it again and spent a time trying to get back to it. Imo you are chasing the dragon,because you’ve had a taste and desperately want it again. It’ll take some mental discipline to pass this by.

Accept that this cannot be as you are doing A-Less and not A. Work on trying to relax and emptying your mind of other methods.

When you get nice feelings,don’t race ahead to the finish line or change up the tempo. Just keep doing the same,find a rhythm and let it build on its on with some erotic fantasy and breathing.

Then don’t give up control. Keep working on muscle controls,shifting your thinking and bad habits. Yes,effort and training are required,but the majority of these need to go into shifting thinking.

With A-Less,working on anchored tension is more important than any contractions. In fact,A-Less orgasm is perfectly attainable through tension and a slight rocking of the pelvic floor alone with no contractions.

 Anchored tension is one good way, works well for me, but not always. I am mostly a do nothing at all type, might wanna try that also. Most recently I ran across a way I never thought of before, and I'm amazed at the results I am getting so far. Its basically a reverse kegal, but it was explained this way. Push like you are trying to poop, just hard enough to open the inner  gate, and try hard to hold it open. 

 I am amazed at how well this is working for me, brings on the most intense deep anal contractions, feels like my whole is moving 2-3"s ye t its probably 3/4" in and out. And my dick which never gets hard during a session, is is semi wood. Disclaimer: Make sure your bowels are empty, also DON'T push to hard , just enough to keep the inner sphincters open.  Doesn't seem to have as much of an effect with a tool inserted, Aless for me it could be a way to the super o. So far it has it has created a seriuos pleasure loop from my inner sphincter, prostate and outer sphincter. I am now finding that my aless sessions are more body inclusive, than when I use a tool.

It means to never let contraction or tension go down to completely relaxed or zero.

Visualisation is very helpful during training. One way I did it was the suck. Look at your japs eye and visualise gently and deftly sucking air through it and down the urethra to the prostate. Do kinda the same with the sphincter. Try to pull the air up along your asscrack to your spine. These are done gently and held pretty much indefinitely throughout a session. The help to create a squeezing of the prostate and lay the foundations of involuntary contractions. Contractions on top of tension need only be minimal,they’ll get harder on their own with invols  and the  pressure that builds up.

Go slow,slow the mind down,trying NOT to orgasm is actually pretty constructive with A-Less.

I would counsel to train at this whilst abstaining from watching porn or other using other external stimulus so you can really focus on what does what and how it feels.

Thanks, I guess that's what I'm already doing, just wanted to make sure. I guess I won't  be making a new thread, but I wanted to ask you and others. Does aneros pop out from you when doing the session? Not completely, but enough for the perineum tab to no longer touch the spot? I've seen few videos where aneros basically moves out half the length it should be inside. To achieve something like that I have to push quite hard, which to me is unsustainable during the session.

Yes, this happens to me sometimes. I don't feel this is something that you should necessarily be seeking or expecting to happen. It should not change things that much. 

If we did not know that Aless was a thing, then we would think that a greater range of motion is highly desirable, which could well be true. We would be stimulating larger portions of the prostate. I think that playing with the available range of motion  with somewhat exaggerated push/pull can be fun to explore, but it's so much about perceived sensations that I would really not worry about how much the device moves in and out as long as you are open to different strengths of contraction in a comfortable range. 

I find it's much easier to play with this by putting something under the P-tab to move the device out a bit rather than trying to sustain contractions to achieve the same thing.
