Bro: I havent been into the practice in years but check out Thunderplace.com and PEGYM.com. Those two sites have lots of good guys who always are safety conscious with the methods there. Big Al on PEGYM.com will even train you. That never was my bag. Body building and penis building are similar in that you have to patiently put the time in and your will see results. Many are critical of these sites but I know from personal experience, the exercises do work and if you have good cardio health and a healthy diet, you should even seen a boost to your erectile health. Just take it slow and easy and have fun building our most pleasurable asset as men.

I noticed several years ago when I was into penis enlargement that clamping and edging with an erection produced girth at the site of the clamp, generally at the base of my tool. The P E sites can give you the contours of how to do it safely and effectively. i went from having a baseball bat dick that had less girth at the base of my dick to a state where my base of my shaft is now a good half inch more in girth than my mid shaft. YMMVary. Clamping safely is lots of fun.

@soul-pleasure Thanks for these suggestions. Yes I think it’s a separate medical thing in my case. I am grateful to hear from all of you regarding your experience, gives me some peace of mind knowing that my aneros usage and medical concerns are probably unrelated.

Have always had a nice helmet head - only thing I’ve noticed over the years is the flare at the base may be a bit larger. Also have noticed during Aneros or Aless that my ballsack shrinks

Maybe you need to do a self-analysis with some questions like:

Has it always been like this?

Is there a possibility that it is a medical issue?

Has there been a change in penile function, such as stronger or flaccid erections?

What other characteristics accompanied this change in the shape of the penis? Swelling or discomfort?

Thank you for the link . In this video it wasn't very clear but I can imagine how it could be 😉 . This change is really unusual, perhaps even unprecedented. Evaluate individually, if necessary seek a doctor to remove doubts.

@clenchy Yes, mine does this too, but it sounds like for you with normal erections and when it’s flaccid the shape is “normal?” For me this change isn’t going away, even when I’m not in a session.
