I had my first A-less “Chairgasm” today at work! It was just one - but very nice! Nobody else was in the office.
I had done my morning Keegle exercises about 30-45 min before... that usually starts some nice and warm / aroused sensations.
they usually fade as I turn my focus back to work, but I decided (since I was alone) to prolong it with very light kegle flexes and rolling that into an anal flexes while I worked.
At one point I sat back in my chair to think and I guess the movement was akin to a pelvic thrust as I got the same good “prostrate tickle” I normally get when I lightly thrust and an Aneros is inserted.
So I sat up pressed a finger into the perenium (behind the testicles before the anus) and rocked a little. And that was pretty much it - that triggered my first Chairgasm! Felt great and left me all warm and fuzzy!
tried half-heartedly to work up to another, but had pressing work to do so... only the one!
Background for those working towards the same: have been doing Aneros for about 3 months. 3 daily kegle routines (using an app - makes it easy). Favorite Aneros: EuphoSyn, sometimes HelixSyn.
What app do you recommend for kegels? I imagine some apps are better than others?

@HereByAccident , thanks for the recommendation. I am an iOS user, so myKegel is perfect. I purchased it on Friday and completed a couple of sets throughout the day. The one-second hold, one-second release really got my attention. I currently work from home so have some flexibility if I want to take 10 minutes here and there to get my exercises in. I finished a set on the couch and went back to my desk. I noticed some precum (which I have never experienced after doing kegels) and things were buzzing down there very nicely. I often sit in my office chair with my knee bent and my foot under my legs (I know, terrible posture). Not sure if anyone has ever done this before, but I directed my heel to put pressure on my perineum and in no time I was having a chairgasm of my own! It wasn't super-intense, but I sure lost focus from my work for a few minutes and it was quite pleasant :). The other thing I like about the app is it really helps to keep me focused on completing an entire set of Kegels. In the past, I would lose concentration too easily and my routine wasn't nearly as effective. Well worth the purchase. Thanks again!

i did Kegles in the car on the way to work today - and yep, I too was buzzing when I arrived. All morning long I’m having good fluttering (mini-O I guess). Had to drive for lunch and had a drive-gasm! Lol

Careful with cargasms, its too easy to lose way too much focus and find yourself in the ditch or worse.
As I have said in the past, Chairgasms are a great way to experience some ecstasy anytime you're just sitting somewhere. With experience and a little practice the O's can happen without kegels or pressure, just your mind focusing on interior pleasure that begins at the prostate. I imagine the feelings inside that accompany a wet orgasm. That eventually generates some tension around my prostate. I focus on building that tension and move it around my torso, chest and back. Depending on my mood and surroundings the feeling off ecstacy can build rather quickly into anything from a simple shudder to a full on O with lots of pre. My chairgasms aren't usually as intense as a wet O but have had a couple that were almost Super. And because they are repeatable and extendable they leave me charged with energy and lust.

Yes, thank you for that! This last month I've really been experiencing increased A-less activity - this is a new area for me and I can see where a surprise mini-O or super-O could really cause a distraction. On the other hand it makes boring meetings much more interesting.
What's really amazing is how "awake" and sensitive I am to just a stretch, yawn, or speed bump now! Last night I stretched and flipped sides (I'm a side-sleeper) and had an A-less mini-O just from that!
