What a mine-full of great thought and ideas. We are learning all the time. I have got so much from the forum that has been of great help. One thing I noticed has been the bad effect that anxiety can create. Such thoughts as," I'm getting nowhere."I'm too old. "It's great for others but not for me. "What's wrong here? Will I ever reach the top?" All this has made me feel so down about it. Cave's thread is so good in helping to put a more realistic and constructive application on the use of the aneros.
Take it easy. Don't worry. Don't rush. Take it slowly and gently. Tomorrow is another day. There is plenty of time. Why fuss? Enjoy the little things. Do some constructive exercises. Each session will have a little more awareness and insight.
I've not had a Super O yet. I have had a lot of wonderful moments and extended sensations and I have felt very happy afterwards.
There have been times when I have thought I was on the edge of the big one only to loose it. Like building up to a huge sneeze and then not get there!! I think it can be best not to focus on the destination but to enjoy searching out the different paths and selecting the best ones. THERE IS NO TIME LIMIT.
I will study Cave's thread again and see what it has to offer. Thanks Cave.
Tomasheen.

Well said, Tom
It has been one of the most valuable threads for me too.
I've gone through the same things. Your huge sneeze analogy is exactly right.

I couldn't agree more!

Last night I had the first opportunity to put into practice the advice given by CaveOfMystery and the followup advice from slimjm in the same thread. The result was the best session I have ever had, (using my modified Helix).

I was in what I call the "near orgasm zone" continuously for over an hour and a half and during that time I would have experienced at least 15 anal orgasms. While this probably still doesn't qualify as a Super-O, it was nevertheless a wonderful experience and I would be perfectly happy to consolidate at this level for a while!.

Everything that you have said above fits absolutely with my expectations!

I could have written this one by one. I'd be interested where the difference is between dry orgasms, anal orgasms, super-Os and what not 😛

This thread is the finest brief consolidation of thought and technique I've seen in the Forum. Some of the tiny yet very significant items I've not seen for a year and had ceased thinking about. Have printed it and it's on the nightstand for 'bedtime reading' Tks guys!!! ...rook

I outlined everything Cave said and Jim said so that I can commit it all to memory easily. Thanks to both Cave and Jim for taking the time to help us.

grayfox, I won't be the one capable of defining the differences between dry, anal, and super orgasms as you listed them. I've never experienced what I would think of as an "orgasm" in my anus, but do feel an incredibly enjoyable tickling, moving sensation of my sphincter, particularly with the Eupho as the cascade of sensations of it being in place start building. The experience I enjoy most is what I suppose would be defined as a dry orgasm, that being the warm pressure in my pelvis building and exploding out into my penis and reaching a point in good sessions where it feels exactly like I'm having the best traditional ejaculation of my life, though it's more prolonged and "hotter" feeling than you could ever get with a traditional ejaculatory orgasm. I stay completely dry throughout this to at most seeing a drop or two of precum if I get several of these orgasms to come back to back (I often get about 5 to 7 of these within thirty minutes or so, at which point I feel relaxed and usually stop). I have gone on longer a few times and the intensity of the dry orgasms begin to decrease somewhat but then a wonderfully relaxed feeling of my whole body takes over with a kind of numb, tingling feeling in my tail bone and lower spine. I have a long ways to go with this, but wonder if that's the beginning of what the more experienced guys define as a whole body or super orgasm. Any comments from the more experienced among us might help you here.

To those of you on the verge of “sneezing” I have yet another little tidbit of advice that may help you find your way along the path. At this point your brain is pretty much saying… “Hey this feels really nice, but I normally don’t receive pleasure like this, so what am I supposed to do with it?” and you lie there teetering on the edge of something great, but never hit the mark. This of course is the rewiring process, you brain has to learn that this is a perfectly viable way to get off, but it may require a little nudge.

And here’s how you can give it a little nudge… Next time you’re on the verge of something, clamp down on the Aneros (with both muscle sets) and take the tip of your index finger and LIGHTLY tickle your frenulum for about 1-2 seconds. Make it as quick as possible. If you’re just at the right spot in the session you’ll feel a shot of pleasure span from the tip of your penis to your prostate. It doesn’t matter what state of arousal your penis is in either.

Your brain goes… “Whoa, I just felt some nice traditional stimulation! I know what that is!” but then it makes a connection… “But I’m still feeling it deep inside of me, something, something is sustaining that… OK let me go with that…” It’s like that little touch turns the nerve group into a “live wire” and then it opens it up full throttle to the new stimulus. I tend to think of it as burning the candle at both ends, but when you light the one end, it automatically lights the other.

Use this trick sparingly though; you’re trying to get the prostate to do its own thing. This is just to help train the brain for the ultimate goal. Once you hit that goal, nipple stim will likely serve the same purpose. That too, as outlined many times here, can get the job done, but the effect is more subtle, at least for me it was, and didn't fully kick in until I was "rewired."

Cave-

can you please re-post your latest entry in your original thread?

it is a bit counter-productive to have a second thread, especially since the wiki links to the original one.

everybody else, tomasheen created this thread to commend Cave's post, but not, i don't think, as a branch that will gather additional skill building advice. if you have more tips or other functional comments on Cave's original post, please post it there, so that we don't have two separate threads on the topic

thanks,
darwin

Wow Cave,

I'm just amazed by your ability to consolidate some of the most complex aspects of the re-wiring process into these profoundly simple techniques. I haven't tried what you're describing (yet), but like your TOW technique, it just rings true.

This actually reminds of my Fantasy Method in that it uses just enough penile sensation (real or imagined) to trigger an amplified erotic awareness of the prostate and ideally, trigger the Super-O. I've always felt there should more "penis friendly" methods around here. Thank you for adding another "pro penis" technique to the mix. 😉
