I had the aneros for a while (few years). Both MGX and Progasm. I do not really use them that much. I just cannot feel my prostate being hit at all.
My theory is that my prostate is much much further in (5 inches) than most people (2 or 3 inches). I have good evidence to back this up. First of all, when I push my prograsm to its absolute longest possible length, just try to force it in as far as physically possible, I sometimes pre-cum. I can see a few drops of pre-cum. Now the program is 4.5 inches, and so if it barely can make me pre-cum, at its absolute length, then it suggest my prostate is deeper in.

Second of all, I have made myself a homemade dildo. Took a plunger, wrapped it around in soft padding, and latex, then penetrated myself with it. I measured the length of my dildo it was about 5.5 inches, and I took the whole thing up my ass. It felt really good, and I was able to feel some kind of pleasant feelings build up. But it was hard to control because the dildo is straight shaped, and prostate it off at an angle. But it felt good enough that I had uncontrollably moans. And I pre-cummed a few times as I did this.

But with the aneros, absolutely nothing. People tell me it, "takes time", but I doubt that it is time. It is quite simply, my prostate is unfortunately too far in. This is why a dildo can make me pre-cum, but the aneros generates no feelings whatsoever. I think at this point I will get myself one of those prostate dildos (will not say the name of it, since it is a different brand name from Aneros) and see if it makes me orgasm.

There will be people chiming in to say that you need to focus mentally and explore/relax and so on. They're right however I feel the same way because:

Every bullshit guide on the net States that you can feel your Prostate with your finger, i have never once felt my Prostate, it's like it's much further up than the length of my finger can reach.

Yet only smaller shorter devices seem to work, I dont bloody get it anymore!

Maybe it's the device you're using, maybe not. Maybe your Prostate is in a different higher place than others. Maybe not. It's a lottery.

Well, that's not so uncommon. Some men can be spot on and still don't feel it responding.

Although I wouldn't say that this is not possibly, I must say, that it's at least unlikely. Also, Pre-Cum isn't a good indicator for hitting the prostate since it's another gland that produces it: the Cowpers Gland which is located under the prostate. Pre-Cum is clear, prostate fluids are milky. So if the fluids you emit are milky, then there are from the prostate indeed and you may be right. I don't know how long the Progasm is exactly, but from my experience I can say, that the length def. can make a difference (switching from the helix to the eupho did wonders for me). Still, 1-2 inches difference seem a bit much to me.
But with the aneros, absolutely nothing. People tell me it, "takes time", but I doubt that it is time. It is quite simply, my prostate is unfortunately too far in. Your anal canal is 3 dimensional, maybe the problem is not the way you have to go upwards but forwards (to your belly). Regarding this, getting an extra dildo for the purpose of exploring is a good idea. I would suggest something with a handle, so you can experiment not only with depth but with angles, too. Like this one here. But don't expect wonders from it. The journey is not about finding and hitting a button... that's (unfortunately) the easy part. It's about learning and manipulating your nervous system. And that is something you can learn completely a-less. These devices are rather training aids (anal barbels, tantric training wheels) than magic button pushers.

Every bullshit guide on the net States that you can feel your Prostate with your finger, i have never once felt my Prostate, it's like it's much further up than the length of my finger can reach.

I can feel your frustration 🙁
Maybe you go exploring again but this time while you are masturbating. At the PONR and (traditional) orgasm, lots of fluids are moving around that area and the prostate swells alot in the process. Maybe you are able to feel it then.

I see... hmmm, I can't give you an ultimate solution for that. Waking up
the prostate is not so consistend for me either. Regular kegel-workouts
did a lot for me. It does not only strengthen the muscles down there,
but also trains your nerval cluster to be more responsive to
stimulation, thus making the waking up of the prostate easier. Your
muscles are innervated by nerves and by flexing these muscles you
trigger sensations and train your brain to listen to these sensations.

It's odd though in my case, my muscles already autofucks, I also have precise control on my muscles but very often this muscles control and movement results in nothing, no feeling at all? I wish I could have someone experience what happens somehow, I often wonder if I should give up like smudgefish has, ive had time away before which didn't really help but I am at a loss.

@ProstateOrgasm
I understand where you're coming from. Before giving an aneros a serious try, I also got some good feelings from plowing a long massager into my rectum. I started aneros practice to learn how to correctly stimulate my prostate. I too had very little success, but found enough satisfaction to continue to success.
I do not really use them that much. I just cannot feel my prostate being hit at all.Perhaps this is a part of the difficulty: you don't practice because it is unrewarding, but it will only become rewarding with practice.

It's very much a learning and training process that benefits from regular study and practice.
My theory is that my prostate is much much further in (5 inches) than most people (2 or 3 inches). Is it more likely that your anatomy is so grossly distorted that your prostate is twice as deep inside as a normal man's, or that you're not really massaging your prostate?

Skip the pointless hypothesizing and request a DRE from a physician. He'll give a straight answer about your prostate's location, and if there's anything abnormal about it that would interfere with stimulation.
(will not say the name of it, since it is a different brand name from Aneros)That's considerate, but not really necessary. I've never seen forum hosts or members get upset when somebody mentions another brand, or even when somebody straight-up recommends a competitor's product.
