So I was using the aneros and this is my third time by the way. after relaxing for around 7 minutes or so i started doing slow contraction for maybe 5 minutes but the i decided to contract my pc muscle and hold it for as long a possible. this is when my pc muscle or anal muscle not sure which is it started shaking followed by my legs shaking like crazy. my heart beat went up and my body started getting warm. But i barely felt any pleasure. So what do you guys think this is?

Hi momo!! and Welcome to the Aneros Experience, your own unique journey, and this community!! 😀 😀

Actually what you have experienced as reported above is not uncommon here. In your early days, as you are, your body/mind is just reacting to this new form of stimulus and figuring out what is going on and what to do. You experienced your body's energetic responses to possible building orgasmic energies and ejaculatory muscle tensing/clenching.

It/you are about to learn to separate those response and choose which to follow/allow. Although these would include an element of orgasmic energies, many initially get more generalized Life-Force energies that are themselves wonderful, butt not "sexy" pleasurable. Don't worry.

Relax. Deeply relax and carry on with your sessions, deeply relaxed. It is the slow delicate gentle aneros prostate massage that will gently begin to awaken your prostate and the full orgasmic energetics you seek, and the full Life-Force energies, and even Spiritual energies, that are all part of this universal energetics that Aneros can awaken for you if you are patient and allow your body to react as it will as it learns what it can do to its full potential.

momo, how old are you? and have you had previous anal play experiences??

all the very best orgasmic joys and beyond all

To reiterate what Artform said, often the body's first reactions to aneros are not pleasurable, just weird. As rewiring continues, the pleasure level will steadily increase.

I turned 18 on april and i haven't really experienced anal play. I mean i touched my prostate before while mastubating but didn't like it much so never got into it. I wanted to what this aneros can do so I purchased it.

Sounds like you are feeling your way along quite nicely. Nicely on track!

While everyone's internal architecture is a bit different, some body positions & postures may favor one Aneros toy over another. As you progress, you'll bulk up some of your musculature and gain voluntary control over some muscles that had previously been only under involuntary control. So, for the first year, this tends to be a work in progress. And, you'll find more positions where a given tool can provide good vibes.

You'll probably find that over weeks or months, you'll improve relaxation and get more loose with each tool. Shoot for loosening up enough to move it just with your breathing.

In my first six months, I found the Helix offered its maximum prostate contract when I was on my stomach. Nice, but not supportive of male-deer exercise or nip-play Later, I would duplicate that degree of prostate contact on my side. MGX was less dependent on body position or posture but offered less total pleasure than I got from Helix.

Adopt some Kegel exercises to clearly differentiate your PC group from Anal sphincter contractions.

momo,

Welcome to the Forum,

Congratulations on your first Aneros generated orgasm on your third Anerosession, you are a quick learner. As 'artform' pointed out, because these sensations are so new and uniquely different from traditional masturbation stimulus, your brain needs time to associate the pleasure with these sensations, this is part of the oft spoken "re-wiring" effect.

You can read about some Body Positions in the WIKI and then look at the user Poll What has been your most effective/favorite position? to get some ideas. Playful experimentation with different positions will reveal the most effective ones for you.

I do hope you will take advantage of the tips I sent you in the introductory PM. There is a good deal of helpful information contained in these Forums, I encourage you to do as much reading as possible in those areas I indicated in the PM.

When I experienced that shaking and stuff, i was on my back with legs bent and feet on the floor but then since i didn't feel any pleasure i switched to lying on my front and felt some brief moments of pleasure. So maybe i should from not experiement with lying on my stomach.

IMHO, I'd suggest picking a position and sticking with it for a little while. The position most often suggested for beginners is lying on one side, both knees bent with the knee of the "top" leg slightly more bent than the other. I used this position for the first 4 or 5 sessions. Then I switched to being on my back, legs bent with feet flat on the bed. In this position, I find that I need to put a rolled up towel under my lower back to raise my butt off the bed. This allows the aneros to move freely.
I think what's more important than finding the "right" position is to pick one that's comfortable and lets you relax. Then, just relax into it and let things happen. If you start trying too many different things now, you may end up chasing your tail.

Hey, thanks for the suggestion, i just tried it and i did feel a bit of pleasure and today my hips and legs were shaking even more than it did on my third session. after like ten reptitions of shaking, i was too tired to continue so i just stopped. I am still not sure as to why i am not feeling that earth shattering pleasure that comes with it though.

You're not feeling pleasure because your body doesn't know what to do with the feelings yet. In time, it will. The fact that you're having any reaction at all is a very positive sign.
