Can Aneros help me achieve orgasm while topping?

I consider myself fully versatile in bed. I love both topping and bottoming. My BIG problem is an inability to ejaculate while topping. I get intense body orgasms but am unable to ejaculate. For those in the know, do you think inserting Aneros before topping would help me achieve ejaculation?

That's a curious situation. Do you have have any difficulty ejaculating through other masturbation practices? What about penis in vagina sex? Where/what are your thoughts during your topping sex? Are there any physical reasons inhibiting your ejaculatory response? If not, then this may be some type of psychological blockage, perhaps some form of cognitive dissonance.

What do you mean by "...before topping..."? Are you thinking seconds, minutes, hours. I don't think Aneros use would have much effect before the actual sex except to perhaps amplify arousal. I think it would definitely have a positive effect during sex.  Many men have found that Super-T's produce more powerful ejaculatory responses when the Aneros is in situ during masturbation. I suspect that a similar response would be incurred during topping sex but the only way to find out is to experiment and try it out.

Good Vibes to You!

@rumel It's frustrating. I think it's a psychological issue. I can feel the orgasm build, but it's like it backfires and sends "shock" waves up my spine. I'm thinking that extra help might get me over the hump.

@rumel Thanks for linking to the Super-T. I'm going to give it a try.

If you are on SSRI medication that can block or delay ejaculation. Possible there are other medications with similar effects.

for me direct prostate pleasure can make ejaculation hard to avoid. But it might not be as simple as stimulating the prostate. It might require you to learn how to get pleasure from stimulating the prostate, ie read the male wiki gspot pages, the forum, practice alone, etc. Otherwise you might just feel like there is something irritating pressing against your prostate.

When you refer to topping and bottoming, I assume that you are  in a homosexual relationship.  In the past, I've had anal sex with numerous women. I've always had difficulty coming during anal sessions and I think that the reason stems from the anus not being as tight and as muscular as a vagina. Psychologically the thought of tanking a woman up the ass was mind blowing. But in reality, I couldn't get off. I had  to finish in her vagina. Yes, I changed condoms before doing so.

@helghast I don't think so. I can still masturbate to ejaculation.

@kldoubleu look into it. Lots of stuff on Reddit about it, i think.  It is pretty common for ejaculation (and for women, any orgasms) to become difficult to attain with SSRIs. And upon stopping treatment, some are plagued with premature ejaculation, for months and even years. It’s a nasty side effect with these drugs.

@kldoubleu glad to be of help.

One of my best buddies cherishes this side effect of his SSRI drug, as it allows him to penetrate parters for a long time without fear of ejaculation. From what I gather about his dominant-leaning sexuality, he doesn’t have the anywhere near the awareness to have full body orgasms like you do. So I guess cherish something that many men don’t have: the ability to penetrate and cum over and over without fear of ejaculating! And if you can masturbate to orgasm, nothing wrong with pulling out when your ready and cumming next to, all over, or into an orifice of your willing partner. And if they ask why you don’t ejaculate inside them, now you got a nifty excuse.

my friend sometimes runs out of his medication and in addition to feeling like hell because of withdrawal and chemical imbalance, he says he ejaculates practically immediately upon penile stimulation… not so hot for his dominant lifestyle!
