Bladder filling up much faster during the session

Am I the only one who has this issue? Usually I will not drink/eat several hours before the session and right before it I will use the bathroom to make sure the bladder is empty. Yet after an hour I will usually get an urge to pee. And it's not just a couple of drips, but average or even above average amount.

I guess I wouldn't mind it much if it didn't take me out of the session, because I am never able to get back to it after.

An empty bottle beside the bed can help to not break a session's momentum. Be warned though, the unparalleled convenience of leaning off the side of the bed and pissing into a bottle changes your whole perspective on life. 🤔

This happens to me too sometimes and it's usually at the end of the session (1 hour +/-) . I think it's worth thinking that the aneros session is a moment of tranquility and a lot of attention to feelings and also 1 hour is a considerable amount of time.

I’m similar in that when I’m well into a session I feel a desire for release from my penis (which is always soft by this stage) and a carefully placed bottle allows me to relax and let out a surprisingly large quantity of pee and probably some prostatic fluids too. I sometimes see this as a moment to end my session, as the sense of release can feel similar to an ejaculation after a penile orgasm.

Yes, and what's really annoying about this is that one of the signs of a Super-O (according to some), is the feeling like you're going to pee.  Many many times I've felt like I was reaching an orgasm, and it was needing to pee.  It sounds weird but when I'm in a session, and the aneros is really going, and I'm aroused, it will feel like I'm approaching an orgasm, and then nothing happens, and then I'm like "I have to pee", and go.

Sounds like the male version of squirting. You could empty your bladder or you can prepare for a mess and let it comeout thru orgasm. Male squirting is an amazing experience but can be messy and is urine so avoid carpets or bedding.

@pirontras,

As a man here who was diagnosed with BPH with the resulting symptoms of too frequent urinations, here is my take and some comments, questions:

  1. When you pee before a session, are you really emptying your bladder?
  2. Then you have a session by inserting a device in your rectum, hereby compressing the inside of yourself including the prostate right below your bladder. And in 1 hour it is going to fill up again partially.
  3. Consider how many times peeing per day is normal for you. I have heard after studying it is ~8 per day.  That is what I am doing now after addressing my BPH with many things (including prostate massage!) including surgery.  My urologist helped me greatly, as I was doing 12-14 X.   (Reference:  https://health.clevelandclinic.org/how-often-should-you-pee/ )

I know this does not solve your problem in the middle of a session, but it might give you some thoughts so you do not have to keep a urinal bottle by your bedside.

Best!

Any sexual activity increases the rate of urinary volume.

This happens to me. I agree, it’s frustrating, and having experienced super-o’s, it does feel like it’s happening at the point you might expect things to get interesting.

Someone has already mentioned male squirting and this is my feeling too. When I was younger, I carried on fondling a bit after a traditional orgasm and discovered male squirting. I did it regularly for a while, but stopped eventually. Probably because it’s messy, the internet hadn’t caught up with me (I felt lonely), and it’s difficult to approach with partners. However, squirting is all part of an intense short orgasm without the feeling the urge to pee. But sometimes things happen out of order. It’s been a bit of a problem in my sex life because I get this during intercourse but more often immediately after I cum, so I can’t enjoy the moment or be present for my partner. When I started using aneros device, this was just my unwelcome friend coming along for the ride. It has got me thinking more recently that I should just get back on the squirting horse. Maybe I’ll learn something if I do and can use it in my aneros sessions.
