Best way to use the Peridise?

Hi guys.I got the set of 4 Peridise's (Peridis-i??) about a month ago.
I've tried the largest one and the second largest one a few times, but I'm not really getting anything from them.
What's the best way to start getting these great feelings everyone says they get from them? Do I need to do the same relaxation techniques I do with my helix syn?
Is it the same as the prostate massagers in that it could take months if not longer to start feeling the great feelings?
I could really use some advise on how to get started with these.

I would start and stay with the larger model for a while. I do the same relaxation techniques as I do with the other models. I would stay with the larger one until you get "the feeling". I get much enjoyment form that model. Then I would transition to the smaller ones over time. This allows you to get used to the different feelings and get the most out of each model. Sometimes I still go back to the larger one but I mainly stay at the smallest available.

@kaevec1959...I use my Peristal regularly, 3-4 times a week. I only have the smallest one so I can't vouch for the larger ones.

I use the do nothing approach and try to relax as much as I can to get things going. It usually takes about 10-15 minutes before I start getting involuntary contractions...once they begin the next hour or so is wonderfully pleasurable, miniOs, dryOs...but no super O yet for me with Peristal. I need my Helix Classic for that! Relax and enjoy the ride!

@kaevec1959 just insert them and wait a bit until u are relaxed then contract your muscles around your a hole the muscle that makes ur back door tighten like try to suck it in. Then hold the contraction u should get involuntary responses after that when u get the grip of it u can try other muscles around the bottom
