Nothing really hurts like somethings wrong or anything. When the aneros is in, I'm pretty comfortable. But after it's been in a while, maybe 15 minutes or so, I'm starting to feel soreness, like I'm just tired of having it in me. Like my muscles are clamping down on the aneros, and they're getting fatigued. Not the best description, but it's the only way I can think of to describe it. After removal, I'll also feel like I'm glad I've removed it. Not really hurting, just glad it's out.
Is this normal?
Normal ? No. .... Typical ? No. .... Has it happened to others ? yes.
Without knowing of your prior anal play it's difficult to 'nail' a cause of this discomfort. I'd guess that you might not be sufficiently relaxed to permit good blood flow at all points of contact with the Aneros. Perhaps you might consider changing the lube you are using or iceasi
Suggest take a two or three day break from your sessions to rest and heal. During that break, work on your breathing and relaxation. hth... rook
Thanks rook. I may be making it sound worse than it is, although I tried not to, as there really isn't any actual "healing" needed, or at least based on how it feels. Within a few hours, I'm not feeling anything discomforting at all anymore. By the next day, I'm certainly not feeling like I can't try again, I'm really fine again.
I think you may have nailed it on the relaxing part. Just so happens, last night I was relaxed more than usual, and took more time than I usually do, and I had no discomfort at all, probably for the first time since I began. I'm going to try again tonight, but gonna try to relax for a longer time before I get started. I am beginning to think it's just a fatigue thing or something. Thanks for the input.
I used to have soreness after sessions during my third (August 2012) to ninth (February 2013) in my Aneros journey. During those months, I was trying to acclimate myself toward larger Aneros models such as Maximus and Progasm. Fortunately that soreness went away, especially when I began using Tempo in late November 2013. Using Tempo transformed my sessions and soon afterwards began experience profound pleasure in my sessions.
If I experience soreness or pain in a session, I bring that session to a prompt end, rather than suffer injury.

Usually have some pelvic discomfort after a 2 hour session with Helix Syn due to muscle fatigue...but it is gone the next day. Those same muscles then start calling for Helix again the next day...what a wonderful cycle of pleasure!
Jaxsun, that might be a more accurate description of what I felt. Thanks for that.
@Haas...what works for me is to TOTALLY relax my pelvic musculature when starting a session for as long as I can...NO voluntary contractions what so ever...involuntary contractions may happen and hopefully they will...just let them have their way with you...this relaxation feels like I could release my bladder if it were full...if you know what I mean. The pleasure will present itself...surrender to it and it will build. As my pleasure builds I only use voluntary contraction(very lightly) to encourage my body to continue to keep up the pleasure and ultimately take me. Hope this helps.

Be careful dude, saying this could be giving false hope. Be careful.
