I don't think I have seen any posts dealing with whether using the Aneros increases erection size. Aneros doesn't mention it in any literture, or even talk about the possiblity of it's use making your erection any bigger. However, with my own experience over nearly a year and a half with the MGX, I have seen (and measured) a bit of a difference. With the MGX I can see just a little bit of an increase in lenght (maybe 2 to 3 mm), but my erection girth will increase considerably. I have measured (taking measurments with and without) as much as 7 to 8 mm. I am much thicker and fuller, and I am much firmer using the Aneros. Surface viens are much more defined, thicker and fuller, with many viens along my shaft that are now visiable that were not before. In addition, my corona and glans are much more engorged than before.
I can assume that with my prostate being massage only increases blood flow during arousal, it would seem logocal that my erection would be fuller with greater blood flow.
I don't think this is a device that will actually make me "bigger", but it sure seems to make me thicker during use?
Has anyone else seen a difference in size?

Hadn't heard this one before regarding Aneros use but it makes sense. Anything that improves blood circulation and oxygenation is going to reduce the formation of fibrotic tissue. That will help maintain or might enhance size.
The ASI groups discuss this every couple of years. Generally, guys who pump for either Urologist supervised rehab or enhancement (Thunder's Place gang) report more girth gain than length gain. Similar girth gain reports from many Trimix users; however, that doesn't seem to extend to the use of pde5 inhibitors (V,C & L) unless it's used to support VED therapy.
