Ok I've got my curiosities over this vibrating toy, though I have concerns:
- it's large! the largest device I own is the progasm jr and it's verging on being too big, I generally prefer smaller devices
- vibrations as stated by many here, are supposed to be distracting/bad for sessions....so why does this exist then?
Anyone want to share their review on one? Especially if you could state your height/build as I'm a smaller chap and I would prefer it if those of a smaller stature etc could offer their thoughts!
Thanks
@inhope
I have the vice i am 186cm tall and slim to medium build age 42. I am rewired and love my progasm ice.The vice is not as smooth as the pro ice so sometimes upsets my roids. but when their gone it works ok without the vibe.
The neck is thicker than a progasm so your ring is stretched more. The vibe is good if your horny but deadens a session if your not.
If you find Jr on the verge of being too big then dont buy a vice, instead buy a progasm ICE.
ICE is very smooth and this aids in insertion and actually getting it to move.
BE WARNED the first few times you use it you will swear it is going to split you in half when you put it in.
However once it is in it feels great and for someone that uses smaller toys you will find it has a real thud to it when you get it moving.
After a few sessions i was hooked my ass longed for it, its like it yearns for the stretching.
If you have your heart set on a vice maybe use the Ice as a stepping stone to work up to it.
One thing is for sure you wont of wasted your money with ICE.
Vibes are different yes but you soon get board of them and go back to just straight aneros and then you discover Estim of the prostate and that is another ball game altogether.

Go bigger whatever you decide, the fullness although scary and a little painful to begin with is for want of a better word "Intoxicating"! I dont always crave it but when i do nothing else will satisfy the itch!
Doit man Seriously! You wont look back I only know of 1 person that does not like there progasm everyone else love the thing....
So why would the ice be any better than a normal progasm? Same dimensions, yes?
That's how I feel with my progasm jr though? I find when I use it I get a deeper feeling, pressure but it KILLS session dead within minutes, and I'm always horny in sessions btw. Sometimes it's uncomfortable as well IMO
You're also 6 ft! That's bloody tall! I'm 5ft 4! Small....!
Not quit six feet tall And no not same dimensions the neck is thicker as i said.Do some reading. The ICE is smoother than a normal progasm and lighter so it is easier to move than a normal progasm.
If it hurts then you are trying to hard which happens when your learning during rewireing.
Just keep up the practice
Have fun
186cm converted to ft is over 6ft tall (6.1023622 ft).... Just sayin'
Insertion isn't an issue, it doesn't hurt when in use either, I never said that, it's just on occasion 'uncomfortable' as it puts more pressure on key areas but most of the time it's fine. It also doesn't allow for the prostate to 'move' or 'flow' with it's energy or allows the muscles to react as it's so tight/filled. The biggest issue is that the jr always, without fail, kills sensation in my prostate, dead, within a few mins.
Hello, inhope.
Vice and Eupho Classic are my favorite Aneros toys. I'm 5' - 11" and 160 lbs. I find that vibration is especially good for triggering involuntary, rhythmic contractions. For me, Vice goes zero to Super-O as fast as 3 minutes and never longer than 10. It is kind of big and the matte surface creates some drag, so unless you think you can adapt, don't buy it.
Cheers,
Dave
@inhope yeah your right its a long time since i measured myself maybe i have it wrong maybe i ment 182cm thats more the average size bloke at least in Australia! My apologies you did not say it hurt. I got mixed up with the modifying pro jr thread. They were complaining about the disk tabs hurting.
The full size progasm or vice will hurt to begin with when inserting though. I does not sound like a wise step for you if pro jr is filling for you.
Maybe the pro jr is too long for your body.... Just a thought. If that is the case could you fashion some little stumps on the disks to stop the Jr going in so far. Just a small thought.
The answer i guess to why do they make the vice if vibrations kill sessions is "Give the people what they want" Lets face it the sex industry is obsessed with vibrators and things that vibrate so aneros would be silly not to have a vibrating model even if it was a dud which it is not. For those that it is a dud they now have the "device"
Ahh that age old greedy company syndrome i see. Well it will be a matter of time before we get aneros cock rings and other such stuff that has nothing to do with prostate massage!
Just off to sell a kidney so i can afford to buy it all!
The stumps idea is a really good one actually! i just need to find something that could work...!
Just tried vice again yesterday for first time in about four months so this is fresh in my mind.
Vibe is what I would call a fun feature. Never really takes me too far, but the sensations are nice and fun to experiment with. Without the vibe it takes me to a different zone, but has never worked as well as my smaller models. It is also more flexible and soft without the vibe inserted. This to me, made it less aggressive than the Progasm. This is good for me because I find the Progasm too aggressive.
So yes it is difficult to get in, but not uncomfortable after. In fact you can sit on a recliner chair with inserted comfortably. Actually this helps in the early stages with keeping it in until you have adapted.
I am on the fence as to wether to reccomend it to you or not. Some here love it....I guess the fact that I hadn't used it in over four months says it all. It was still fun just to change things up!
Hope this helps. I may have just made your decision harder.
I just got the Vice 2 months ago and so far I still enjoy playing with it a lot.
Myself I own the classic Prograsm, Prograsm Jr., Helix, and the Maximum.
To me the Vice performs great and fit my body pretty well. I don't find the vibe feature helpful; it creates more distraction than joyfulness to me. But the Vice itself just hit my prostate at the right spot, and apply the right pressure that gradually intensify my pleasure.
Lately I also find it interesting by using it as an anal plug. It's the only model that I can sit comfortably and really able to rock with it on a chair.
Comparing the Vice to Prograsm, I just like both. I find them pretty different. Prograsm is strong and more direct, while Vice delivers firm pressure that slowly massage me.
If you only have Pro Jr., I would recommend you try either the prograsm (as @braveneworld said above) or vice.
Regarding the size, I'm 5ft 8, and found the Prograsm a little too big the first time I tried inserting it. But once I learned how to relax with the ring, I found it amazing how my body and muscle can adapt easily. With the soft silicone coating on Vice, not as rigid as Prograsm, I find it even easier to insert.
I'm not an anal vibe person by nature but find that the Vice has a definite place in my toybox.
I use it as a therapy tool for BPH (enlarged prostate) about three times a month. Twenty-minutes of prostate edging with the vibe softens up my prostate and gets it ready for a cleansing 'Trad-O' to end the session.
With the Muse (vibe capsule) removed the flexibility and texture combine to make for a very comfy ride.
6'0" @ 172 lb.
Wish Aneros had provided the vibe with a remote control to change speed and intensity and to 'kill' the vibe when I get too close to an HFWO.
