aneros not working for me- please help

Hi, I'm 19 years old and just got the Aneros yesterday. I have tried it once and followed the instructions but have not had the super orgasm or anything even close. As strange as this sound i think I may be doing something wrong. As i feel no orgasm coming on and i get to the point where I almost forget it is in me. I have tried squeezing my PC muscles for 5 minutes to the the aneros to massage my prostate but I do not notice it working. I have also moved it with my hand and still did not notice anything. Am i doing something wrong, why isnt it working?
