An intense physical workout is a great preparation for an Aneros or a-less cosmic session. It can be hours after the sweat has subsided, and still the spasms and ecstacy is heightened immeasurably.

When exhausted by the required sets and reps, I am inspired to carry on by the coming reward.

Although I am never an "athlete" of any sort, I find it is so true that in general physical workout, gentle or "intense" always help---a lot!

I remember some high-school / college sports coaches often express that a good athlete is a horny athlete, and vise versa. The news media might not report in such a way, but you know it.

Grandma could do it; so should we.

The great Arnie once disclosed that his best workouts would feel like full body orgasms. 😉

Go for it!

Male Pelvic Floor Muscle-Training (3D Animation)

https://youtu.be/rQQSqLCF12g

So, doing the anal contraction while Aneros massaging you from within could  also be great training for your pelvic floor muscle-groups.

That is, training your behind will benefit your front.

For a lazy person like me, this is a one-stone-for-2-birds great news!

But, of course, we ought to be clear: the "Gluteal and Lateral Rotators / Muscles" and the "Pelvic Floor Muscles, that is, the "Pubococcygeal (PC) Muscles" are 2 different groups of muscles. (See below) BOTH groups are essential to our sex life and wellbeing.

Our high school PE coashes rarely taught us how to train our buttocks and pelvic floor muscles, but we all know that how much girls, and of course boys, marvel the handsome glutes of the wrestlers and ballet dancers.

Edward Watson (British dancer)

I have to agree with my lady friends that male ballet dancers and wrestlers are among the men who have the most impressive glutes, and these men in fact very consciously love to show off their glutes and the enticing valley in between. They enjoy very much people's gazes.

Girls are very keen to talk about the dimples on the male glutes, so innocently as if they do not know why / when the dimples appear on the male buttocks.

Of course, high school / college girls are rarely that innocent. One of the occasions when the dimples appear on the buttocks is when the boys, by intuition or training, thrust their hips forward during sex to make balls-deep penetration. For this and many other reasons, girls love the dimples on boy's butts.

Ladies are right, again! They are always right!

The male athletes might be willing to tell you: Training their Buttocks/Glutes/Pelvic Floor/Kegel muscles at the back & bottom makes their members in the front harder!

Wrestlers are "supposed" to wear jockstraps inside the singlets to "secure" their manhood and "modesty." But, some wrestlers don't care ... and they are so eager to share what they have in them. The girls always find the sight of a raging erection very awe-inspiring. That is why girls love the sports. The EPIC sight below (BillM, Dec 30, 2017) is what girls, plus some boys, are fighting for:

A good athlete always "RISES to the Occasion"!!!

Many ladies told me when they attend some ballet performances, they do not ususually remember the stories. What some of the ladies remember the most is not "how can they jump like that...?" but how HUGE the bulge of the male ballet dancers are, and how deep and tight the fabric of male ballet-dancers' tights goes into their ass cracks...

To be fair, the male dancers claim that before they show up on stage, they pull the fabric of their tights UP and INTO their ass-cracks, so they could show their beatiful glutes and legs, and of course their handsome bulges, to the audience. Plus, with their tailbone and perineum hugged so tightly, their performance attire actually hoists their spririt UP.  It is very uplifting.

Here are some fun (Kegel) (S)exercises, with or without Aneros in you.
