I have had a bunch of different pleasurable and crazy sessions and sensations since joining a few years ago. I'm just getting back into it and want to try strictly Aless. If anyone has any tricks or feedback on how to get great results, let me know.

I read Mantak Chia's The Multiorgasmic Man. The first three chapters gives me a blueprint towards cultivating my sexual energy.

I have found a combination of SR (semen retention) and wearing "chastity cups" stimulates my perineum/prostate. I don't feel the need for frequent Aneros sessions.

@darkbond, there is a free electronic version of Mantak Chia's book "The Multiorgasmic Man" on the Net which I examined earlier this afternoon. I really like quite a few diagrams/pics of both male and female genitalia in that book. It is a book I want to read more carefully later on.

I completely second @goldenboy's recommendation of the practice of SR (semen retention) and wearing chastity/athletic cups and jocks to stimulate the perineum/prostate during one's Aneros sessions, in Aless, and especially at night in bed where I add the Kegels and nipple stimulation/diddling, @jd13373! 😉

@darkbond, the diagram of a man's orgasm according to Tao, and I suppose one's Aneros journey, is very illustrative. These days and weeks my Aless seems to be leading me on to more glorious and pleasurable peaks of subtle orgasmic bliss!

I should add that Mantak Chia's book, "The Multiorgasmic Man," I have discovered is filled with timeless wisdom on sexual relationships, with females, males, and yourself worth rereading many times.

@BigGlansDC "The MultiOrgasmic Man" Is basically what made everything click for me. I read the first three chapters and literally within that time...the 4 days it took to get to that point...I was able to have my first Super-O on the fourth day. I have since finished reading it twice and I go back to various excerpts to get a better understanding all the time.

Hi @jd13373, don't know what you define and expect as a great result, but at least to start some Aless I can recommend to let your mind play orgasm. This works because every orgasm is a mind thing as our whole sexuality is a mind thing. The less you expect, the more you celebrate every little new sensation and the more you welcome this sensation with your inner smile, the quicker you learn the mind play technique.

Here is an example.
This morning I stood in the kitchen and liked to have some little standinggasms while waiting for the coffee machine. In my mind I envisioned to cum. How do I do this? I think about my experiences when cumming, about the pleasure and how it's exactly feeling. At the beginning I sometimes pant or even hold my breath like at the point of no return when thinking, oh, I cum, I cum, I cum. Sometimes I moan silently or even loud, if circumstances allow that. Out of a sudden real orgasmic feelings build up, my gland begins to buzz, I focus on that buzzing, that buzzing feeling grows and like a self-fulfilling prophecy I finally have p-waves and dry orgasms and find myself with a raging boner thrusting forward involuntarily before my coffee is brewed.

Of course you don't have to brew coffee, you also can brew tea. Joking apart! What I wanted to add is, that sitting in my chair typing this answer, I started over and watched that I too like to open my mouth, to recliine my head, to tension my butt and to squirm and writhe a bit to support my mind play.

Good vibes!
Mart

@Lakesky, to provide you even more reading matter about Aless, if you still want, I also can recommend my blog where I described my Aless experiences. Please keep in mind that I described my unique journey based on my unique background and being and don't nourish your expectations with reading my posts. Nevertheless there might be the one or the other idea or technique you want to try and discover. Btw, on the top of this page you can "Jump to Other Entries" of mine and choose those with "Aless" in its title.
Good vibes!

Thanks for the link. Sounds like you're having a great time, and all Aless. For me at this time, being new to all this (but not anal play,) I think I need to start with the Aneros in, since I haven't trained my mind or body for this. I'm basically at the stage where the Aneros is in, but it doesn't feel like much...

You're welcome. Oh woohoo, sexually I'm indeed having the biggest time since puberty.

An Aneros session with inserting your tool at the very beginning might not feel like much, but bethink the following.

You're just learning new sensations you never consciously noticed before. Some of these feelings might be still so subtle that your consciousness isn't already aware of them. But while your consciousness is able to sense perhaps up to ten sensory impressions at the same time (cold/warm, windy/calm, dark/bright, some smells, some optical and acoustical sensations) your subconsciousness can simultaneously notice and log thousands of perceptions. And it rates and re-rates all this sensory input continually to prevent you from harm and to help you to enjoy yourself.

The more you manage to focus on your new good feelings, although they have "not felt like much", and consciously praise them, the more your subconsciousness will support you to intensify these uprated sensations.

Finally it's all a mind game: the more I thought about my experiences and wrote about them and tried to find the appropiate English vocabulary to translate and express my feelings here in my blog posts, the more my journey picked up pace.

Good vibes! Mart

Right, so it's my approach. I'm always pretty hyper-active mentally, so it's hard for me to slow down and concentrate. Maybe if I treat a session like a meditation I'll get better results.
