This refers to on line sales affiliation. (An arrangement where someone sets up an on line store, maintains no inventory, and passes orders along to a manufacturer or distributor for a commission.) There was an affiliate program at one time, I'm not sure if it still exists.

Indeed, this is something that you should be run by support.
