I've just discovered a little breathing technique that may
help others. I use the do nothing approach and have had amazing success with it
but a couple of days ago I started exhaling very slow and deep thru my nose. (I
feel as though I am pushing the air out all the way down to my testicles)
After 3 or 4 exhales I start to feel the warm tingling that
indicates an approaching orgasm. The "O's" this brings on are
incredible!!!
This works (for me) especially when I'm seated.
Give it a try, this might be what puts you over the top!
