Some time ago I plateaued with slow infrequent involuntaries and started exploring nipple play, which on its own tends to provide a lot more intense pleasure than solo aneros action. However, when combined it feels great.
A few months ago I started working on my Kegels, and the first session after that showed a marked improvement, with frequent, faster, and more pleasurable involuntary contractions(involving erections). From then on, at the beginning of each session I usually have one slow buildup type contraction, followed by a very quick succession of faster involuntaries along with penis bouncing. I've also reached a point where I almost constantly have a "base level contraction" of a certain intensity without even having to consciously try and this feels good off and on. I can even gently push the aneros out with my anal muscles and unless I try really hard the device will neither come out fully, nor stop providing the slightly pleasurable feeling.
Now talking about combining nipple play with the aneros, once I've been "doing nothing" for 30-40 minutes, I then start with nipple play and sometimes watch porn. While nipple play feels good throughout, after a sufficient amount of stimulation I'll have a slow moderately pleasurable contraction, which will build up to a really powerful and pleasurable, but quick contraction. The problem is that I can successfully replicate this multiple times during a session, but the quick contraction at the end happens most frequently when I stop the stimulation for a while and sort of allow my prostate to "reset". Sometimes the quick contraction does happen otherwise, but doesn't provide any pleasurable feeling, as if my prostate is still numbed by the last contraction.
So my questions are
-How important are Kegels in the grand scheme of things, and do they ever become redundant after a point?
-Does intermittent lack of pleasure/ feeling of numbness during powerful involuntary contraction indicate insufficient rewiring? In other words, if my prostate needs stimulation to be reduced after an intense, pleasurable contraction for it to be able to properly experience another one, does that mean I need a lot more rewiring? Also, any ideas of things I can try from this point on?
