8 weeks and I finally began to get involuntaries. Now what?

So I've been using the Helix between 1-3 times a week for 8 weeks. I noticed that each week I was making more progress. Just the other night, I began finally feeling the invol. spasms so I went and laid down in bed with some porn and tried to relax my whole body. I ended up coming to a point where my body wanted to contract my anal and kegel muscles (like a tug of war). Then I decided to hold a comfortable (but not completely relaxed 20% anal contraction.) Mini spasms started but this time I focused on them and didn't let my kegel muscles take all of the action away and tense up like they usually do. I was able to keep the mini/fast contractions going until I laid flat on the bed and relaxed completely. Then I felt the massager getting pulled in and out like a wave of pleasure in from my anus and out through my penis.. though it was only localized to the immediate area, not body (I guess these are P waves?). It felt nice but then it decided to slowly stop until I decided to hold that 20% anal contraction again. Never made it past that point though. Thoughts? Am I close to what sounds like a super O?

About a year ago I asked a very similar question. I'll never forget the responses. You're 'circling the drain' I was told. Sounds like you're doing the same. You're in for a whole heap of orgasmic pleasure my friend. Keep doing what you're doing, but don't chase it. And enjoy the journey.

What now? Buddy, just surrender to the involuntaries and let the magic happen. You maybe want to try the do nothing technique also, which is like the name states, do nothing. But, see what works best for you! Everyone has their own method in the end. Surrender and let the involuntaries and orgasms come to you. Apologies for the double post! What you can also do when you get involuntary contractions is to focus on the movements the aneros makes and how it massages the prostate. Focus on the gentle or not so gentle movements and the sensations they create.

Thanks, though it seems when I begin getting the spasms everything stops if I relax 100%. If I am at 0% (completely relaxed) then they stop quickly. Though they only need about 25% anal contraction to start and after a little I can reduce to 15% and I have to concentrate to not relax or tense up from that point. Is that what is supposed to happen?

If you need a slight light contraction to get the involuntary contractions going than do that. For some the do nothing technique works and for others they need to hold a light contraction. See what works for you. Go with that and enjoy!
