As of now, Oct 16, 2022, 12:45 AM (USA Eastern Time), our beloved Aneros Forum has 99.9K members, almost 100 K
More and more men & women are openly discussing prostate health and pleasure! It is a very significant milestone in men's health and cultural change!
Congratulations!
That is fantastic! I really think this practice is/can be life changing in a good way and hope many more men are able to experience it.
100k hahaha yet there’s only about 10 of us here 😉
I am a total believer in Aneros and what it can do for me sexually. Don't know why i haven't used it regularly for awhile, but got one of my Aneros toys out and wondered how dumb can i be to have it stashed in my drawer and not using it regularly. But i am back, I became a member of the forum i think it is 3 years ago and found it so valuable to be able to chat with others seeking the same desires. Just getting re-acquainted with the forum, and hope to find others to chat with and take my experiences to the next level.
I should have titled this topic "In Anticipation of 100 K..."
Now in retrospect, the title I chose looks so premature, and the image of the firework makes the whole "early" celebration looks like "premature ejaculation"!
I agree, you're perhaps a little too optimistic as those numbers can be a little deceiving as there are a number of duplicate memberships (members who have registered multiple times due to forum glitches, forgotten passwords, time lapsed, etc.), as well as SPAMMERS who got registered and were subsequently banned. Nonetheless, when I first registered on this forum there were just over 5,000 registered members on the forum in 2007 so that is still significant growth in the 15 intervening years and worthy of celebration. We, as a forum, ARE making a difference in getting the message out to men all over the world about the joys and benefits of using these wonderful little devices created back in 1994 by inventor Jiro Takashima, so by all means, keep discussing this practice not only here but whenever the opportunity presents itself to get the word out (please see >Ideas for Spreading the Word...).
Good Vibes to You!

@rumel put it so beautifully! The Forum is making a HUGE difference for men and women all over the world!
And, Thank You, Jiro Takashima, So Much! May the (Force of) Aneros be with YOU!
To me, this Forum already has more than 100 K fans/viewership, who might not necessarily join the membership. Yet, they are certainly reading and watching and enjoying the honest & enlightening (&perhaps life-changing) discussions in this Forum! Cheers!
As nice as this milestone would be, we definitely do not have 100k legitimate, active accounts. In fact, since we moved over to this new forum we've noticed an increase in what looks like bot account registrations. Now that the main site is in decent shape, we will be working on other stuff, like purging inactive or suspicious looking accounts.
@ifoundabuddy-2 I agree. It makes a difference when you hear from others who are on the same journey. Keep it up my friend.

Great points, @ifoundabuddy and @ghusa This forum and its "10" members have made a tremendous difference in my life! Before I became a "member," I visited the Forum for quite a few years, "lurking" and learning the most honest discussions about men's health on the net! I believe many viewers/readers out there are at this stage.
I feel like I'm in an Austin Powers movie, " so what is it baby Sucks or blows"
On a real note, I am curious as to how many of these things have been sold, to different people, my guess in the millions. So I would think that theres a hell of alot more people hangin around, not registered. And unless your one of the lucky ones, who put it in and get fireworks, in the first few sessions. Your coming here to learn. 100,000 seems really low to me.

@tbob Totally agree! I think a "Great Awakening of Prostates" is indeed happening, thanks to Jiro Takashima's great invention and the Aneros Team!
@Zentai is right. Aneros is a "wellness product"! Thus far, I have given "Aneros Eupho Syn Trident" (my favorite model) as gifts and as "wellness products" to 4 different friends (two of them a couple). They seem very open to exploring for their health! There are more gentlemen than ever before to awaken their prostates, yet they do not necessarily write up in the forum. They are too busy working (or taking care of their prostates)!
If you look at the view counter on threads, and general "feel", it does not seem like there's more than a few hundred steady visitors, and that includes people just looking. A thread that "blows up" is often under 2000 views, and the small ones can have under 300 views in total. I seldom see more than 10 users online at the same time, and 4-5 users looking at the top thread at the same time is a crowd.
Boy oh boy do I want everyone to experience Super-Os, but we have to admit that we are pretty far from reaching critical mass here. @Helghast might be a bit of a debbie downer, I would not say it feels like we're "10", but if he had said "30" instead, it would be hard to disagree... Still, 30 people is much more than I could gather in a room to talk about Aneros right now, and if a few hundred people get to read what I write, well that's pretty swell.

Yeah, I'm totally with you there but we may never know what number constitutes a "critical mass".
The specific statistics of number of members, number of posts (114,000+) or number of topics (14,000+) is, IMHO, only a drop in the bucket compared to the number of 'lurkers' who have viewed some of these topics (e.g. My First Super Orgasm 49,766 views). I'm pretty sure this Forum has had way more than 100,000 people to have at least visited this site and read something here. The fact there are only a few regular contributors at any one time does not diminish the influence this site is having worldwide.

We'll know when we get there, hehe. Seriously, I think once it becomes hard to keep up with all the threads in General Discussion because there is too much action, then we'd be looking at getting separate Beginners and Advanced sub-forums, then at this point people would start to specialize somewhat and spend more time in one or the other because it's impossible to read everything. That would be the start of critical mass from a Forum standpoint. From there with enough people, new ideas would emerge, then "someone would know someone", etc.
From a product standpoint, and I said this before, once a popular person mentions the Aneros on prime-time TV, or once we see an Aneros on a TV show, you'll be able to mark your calendar as the real start of things, but if such a thing happens, I don't think we'll be able to keep up here. "Be careful what you wish for" etc. We'd get more trolls overnight than active users...

In the grand scheme of Super-O awareness, this place has major importance, maybe future historical importance. (We're allowed to dream, right?) But lots of things need to happen before we get even a glimpse of that.
@ghusa I am disappointed that what was here with the Chat Line is certainly not like it was several years ago, where i was really able to chat with other guys perhaps at the same levels as myself, and to compare notes etc, made it so much more reassuring and informative. I got lots of my initial questions answered and helped me move along. I cannot explain why i wandered away but am assuming it was just the fact that i was not successfully LETTING GO like i know i needed to do to reach the Super O and went on looking into what seemed to be easier places to start my Tantra Journey. And i think i found that and now shocked that i didn't come back a long time ago, after realizing what i was really missing in not relying on Aneros more to get me to the next level. And within 2 evenings with different aneros toys, i knew i had skipped a lot of steps and was feeling what felt like wonderful mini o's but realize i was now on the right track, and now i looked and could see only one other guy on the site, and no way to be able to just join in and converse with him or whoever might just drop by. I came aboard almost exactly 3 years ago, on Halloween Day, 2019, and i am ready to chat with more to keep them encouraged about their search for the super O but share how wonderful these prostate massagers are and they know exactly what to do to give you the experiences of your life. Please bring back the chat line, regardless of circumstances. That was tremendous asset to be able to take advantage of in my beginning stages, and still could use the same kind of assistance, as well as share those things that i have learned since that maybe i could help a newbie get to where i am now in a much shorter period of time.
What ever it takes, we need to get back to the way it was where at least there is a good nucleus of guys that hung around on the Chat Line, and at least to me they were always extremely helpful and fun to talk with. How do we get them back? How long has there not been a chat line. Sooner the better.
When I first came around, the Chat had just a couple of regulars, whowanted to talk about there day. Tried the Discord and liked it for a while, then it kind of devolved into , not sure how to describe it, it really wasn't about learning . It was very fast paced, and all over the place. Neither of these 2 interested me. This forum format was just what I was looking for. Great format to hear and be heard.

Well, this has actually happened in France already. If you look at this video, the presenter holds up a helix at 4min, and mentions Aneros. That was two years ago, on mainstream TV. I wonder if it has encouraged any Frenchmen to sign up here...

@lanoix How wonderful! And IT was held by a lady! Although I could not understand the French words...I love the natural smiles on the faces of the ladies and gentlemen of the TV show! "Aneros" is a sunny and happy conversation topic!
That's so cool ! I hope it did trigger some interest, even if things were a little awkward on set, hehe. We need more of this kind of exposure.
I remember an older clip from French TV with a guy talking about long Super-Os but I cannot find it right now. I think he was introduced as Renaud, he was very casual about it. This was a live audience thing, but I don't know what the show was...
Edit : Got it ! But it was Arnaud and not Renaud...

@zentai That is soooo cool! We should have MORE of this kind of TV show in the States & around the world!
