i finally got my first aneros toy (progasm ice) and was wondering if its advised to have a water enema/douche before each use?
my previous prostate vibrator never was completely fresh after each wash, but i read thats not the case with the 'ice' aneros?
i would always make sure i had a bowel movement before using
do you have a water enema/douche before each aneros session?

No.. I have conditioned myself that I only interest about prostate play after i have bowel movement that day
if i am constipated or thing like that, prostate play is the last thing in my mind haha

Almost always have a bulb enema or two to be clean before I start play.

I added more fresh produce to my diet, drink flax meal & chia seeds infused in kefir, down capsules of psyllium seed husks, and drink lots of water. After a good dump and soapy scrub in the shower, I’m good to go.
