so 4 weeks ago somthing from 4 years ago showed up again, been to the doctors, all came back clear I.e bloodwork

Only downside is at 35 years old my CT showed a moderately enlarged prostate, now due to being told this i knew Sooner or later this was going to show up, work stress, dealing with a DA of a stepbrother for 12 months straight (recently was kicked out). now at the moment its minor inconvenience, my doctor has asked for further tests which now includes a US ultrasound and a PSA test. as this is being investigated ive had to go cold turkey on any PP AND ive had to reset my 2719 nofap streak to 19 days 🤣 2719 days FAT CHANCE! 🤣 just havent been on there forums for a number of years.

does anyone have any updated information on using a aneros with an enlarged prostate at all, that is IF my US ultrasound doesnt detect anything abnormal and my PSA test returns within limits. Because i would love to use my aneros again but cant for the time being.

There is posts from as early as 2019 which didnt seam to share all that much in the post.

Cheers

-Harley

I'm a long time Aneros user, closing in on 10 years soon, but I still haven't achieved my first Super-O. As an expanded background, I have previously posted about asking tips on my experiences here:

https://community.aneros.com/forum/general-discussion/it-always-feels-better-on-my-prostate-when-i-start-touching-my-penis/

https://community.aneros.com/forum/general-discussion/on-and-off-user-who-has-never-achieved-a-super-o-is-this-feeling-progress/

My question now is, how to progress from here? Like my first post details, I have Helix Trident, some vibrating noname prostate massager, and then the Progasm. I use Helix the most. My sessions usually last for about an hour, usually more than less. I usually lay on my back and do not do any contractions but instead try to follow the do-nothing method. I have tried contracting voluntarily but I haven't really noticed any difference what it achieves. I leak a lot of precum, I'm usually not erect while I'm not touching my penis. I get the shaking of the body and the whole sessions feels good, but I feel I haven't had any noticeable progress now in years. When usually after an hour it feels like the prostate feels are calming down and I'm "getting bored", I then grab my cock. Like my old post says, I usually get a very big feeling in my prostate at this point, but as I'm usually about to come "regularly" very quickly, I can't really keep it in me any longer to explore that further.

So any tips on how to progress from here? Should I try some different techniques or positions? Should I use the toys more, as now my sessions are usually about once a month? Should I use different toys?

One thing I must also say about me is that in "non-regular" sexual activities have noticed I get very excited very quickly but also kind of anxious or nervous at the same time, which means that it's very hard to actually perform in any way for me. I'm not exactly sure if this applies to Aneros usage by myself, but it could be a factor that I'm not able to fully relax.

I am curious about trying out estim and looking forward to your experiences and advice.

Personally I am completely new to it and thinking to buy a device to try it out. I would prefer a fully build, tested and safe device as I am a bit afraid to fuck around with electricity myself.

Also tried reading more about it, but most fora I read regarding estim are also about penile stimulation and lack the prostate only mindset that the lovely folks of Aneros have.

So are there people with more experience on this topic and what is your advice?

Currently I am looking at some devices from estim.store. These are the Pebble and it’s very expensive brother B2. Also read online some mentions of a device called Coyote 3. I have also looked at an insert called the ‘moaner’ from the same store. However it does not look extremely prostate oriented and more just like a buttplug. What device and insert would you advice? Would be nice if the device also supports audio.

And is it possible to just use normal metal toys, as I already own a Njoy wand and Aneros Tempo.

Looking forward to reading your replies.

OK so this is not a question, but there's actually one at the end, but first let me air my bias to vibrating toys so you know where I come from. I don't have much experience with them because I've never liked them. They feel mechanical and monotonous, and they make unrelenting noises. The multitudes of vibrating patterns and intensity only add confusion - should you be busy switching from one setting to another to find the best feeling throughout the session, or should you stay at one the whole time? If it's the former, are you a toy tester? If it's the latter, how long can you take the ride when it vibrates and thrusts steadily with exact the same pace and the mind numbing machine sound? You see why I say it's a turnoff?

But, Aneros has created a couple of V versions of their devices. Are they any different than the regular vibrating toys? Do you think I'll get the same dread if I get a V Aneros? I've heard good things about Eupho Syn V. Will it be worth it?

I come here for info, and curiosity, but to also try and spread knowledge and info - probably like all of you. Anyway, trying to spread info. And there maybe a 100 posts like this, and if that irritates you, I'm sorry. These days, any post titilates me lol.

My journey was a long one. Guessing a few years? Like probably everyone, it was pleasurable - usually, and I anyways tried to learn something each time. I saw one of those posts online that talked about this crazy thing called a prostate orgasm and started looking into it to alleviate my frustration from a sexless marriage. I stuck all sorts of things up there trying to make so something happen. My goto became an old broken fishing pole handle. It was perfect and didn't stand out to anyone. Then I got the njoy wand. 2 inches! That will work. Meh. Eventually I found aneros and the helix syn, along with weed and my world flipped on its head. The helix was smaller than my fishing buddy. I wanted more. Progasm jr? Sure. That will fill me more. More is good. I still want more. Progasm ice! Yes! Angry looking and big. Perfect....meh? I did more research on here and elsewhere and went the other way. Eupho. It's small but will move around easier. OK. Insert explosion emoji. I haven't looked back. Occasionally late in a session or if I'm feeling adventurous I bring out one of the older ones but they don't measure up, results wise. Recently, a-less has become my thing. And that keeps raising my ceiling. So I went from long and fairly big, to bigger, helix and got bigger and bigger, then eupho and I can't not use it.

For the guys that have had success and gone beyond waves and really had some crazy good success, did you find bigger is better? I just find i can literally drive that little thing right where I want it, right where it feels best. And I can sleep with it like nothing is there. Just curious. Not saying big ones don't work, just curious what those that have been having crazy screaming o's would put at the top of their list. Maybe it's just my anatomy? But if someone stole my eupho, I'd be hunting them down...

All kidding aside, is bigger better, or is it smaller? Or mixed? I always thought bigger until eupho my world flipped. Hands down eupho for me.

It has been several years since I've posted anything or played with any of the Aneros devices that I have. I purchased the set of Peridise unisex toys years ago but seldom used them. I recently started using them to increase the strength of my pelvic and anal muscles as the muscles start to lose strength as you age (79). I had inserted the one with the largest head during this session and did many anal contractions to build strength. I worked the muscles for several minutes and decided to lay down on my back on my bed - legs stretched out on flat on the bed. I still had the Peridise inserted including the ball on the stem of the device and was not doing any anal contractions. Just laying there doing nothing. All of a several minutes my anus started to contract and release on its own. It was like my anus and its muscles were sucking on the device sending waves of pleasure through my rectum. My prostate was never involved. It was like my ass wanted what it wanted and was going after the Peridise get what it wanted. Waves after wave of pleasure centered in my rectum and anus swept over me and I could not control it. This went on for more than a half hour. It was a non-stop anal orgasm. It was much better than any prostate orgasm that I've ever had. I haven't tried to repeat it but the anal orgasm that I had, had was totally mind blowing.

I have an nJoy large Pureplug stainless steel that I use for long-term wear (usually a few hours up to a full day at a time), but that's more of a "set it and forget it" plug. I've been interested in Aneros for years and finally decided to give one a shot.

My Pureplug is 1.5", and the toys I play with are bigger than that. But while I love the feel of bigger toys, I'm never able to achieve an O with them. So I'm not necessarily looking for the biggest option.
The models I'm looking at are Eupho Syn V, Helix Syn V, Psy, and Progasm Black Ice.

My biggest concern is lube. With my stainless Pureplug, I push some coconut oil inside me, rub a little on the plug and my sphincter, and I'm good for hours without drying.

With silicone toys though, I've always found them to dry out and get grippy pretty quickly. I don't want to have to lube up to the point that my underwear, or god forbid my pants, get a spot on the butt.

I'm assuming the black ice would keep from drying out better than the soft silicone? In an ideal world, I'd just buy them all and see what works, but that's not really an option.

As for vibration, I can see the benefit of starting with a non-vibrating model and then eventually upgrading, but I'm more of a "buy once cry once" person.

So yeah, any and all advice is appreciated.
