Hello to the Women and Couples of this amazing community,

I am a 43-year-old male and a veteran practitioner of "The Work" since 2010. My journey has taken me from the early MGX models to the Maximus, and eventually to mastering high-end 8-inch p-spot dildos. My studio sessions are 2-hour meditative deep dives, using noise-cancelling and sensory triggers like chocolate paste to reach a total flow state.

Crucial context on my Identity & Orientation: I am 100% heterosexually oriented. My romantic and sexual desires are exclusively focused on women. Furthermore, I have a profound aversion to BDSM power dynamics, "sissy-training," "cuckold", FLR-scripts, or any form of humiliation/coercion. For me, this 16-year journey is about anatomical mastery and the beauty of mutual surrender, not about "playing a role" or fetish-labels.

Through my dedication, I have discovered how to trigger both oral and anal prostate orgasms (HFOs). I’ve reached a point where the passionate "priming" of the instrument is the key that unlocks the door.

To be explicit: I find the act of passionately "servicing" the instrument—treating it with the same oral devotion I give to a female partner—to be a massive trigger for my arousal. This leads directly into a vagus-mediated "oral prostate orgasm" and sets the stage for a full-body anal HFO. By reviewing video recordings of my solo sessions, I have eliminated a long-standing "blind spot." I saw a man in a deep, passionate, and intimate flow state. It is a powerful, uninhibited display of male pleasure, but I am acutely aware of the social stigma that tries to push this into the "BDSM", "Sissy", "cuckold", box—a box I strongly reject.

My questions to the women and "Switch" partners here:

Beyond the visual 'heat' of seeing a man in a state of raw, unmasked lust while orally 'priming' the instrument—how does this impact your deeper connection to him? Do you perceive this level of devotion as an intimate bridge leading toward our shared union—a form of collective foreplay? Or is there a risk of it feeling like a solo meditative dive where you are merely an observer? I am curious how this uninhibited preparation dissolves the barriers between us, or if it creates a 'private space' that feels difficult to enter for a partner.

Dealing with Stigma: How do you, as a partner, navigate the gap between the world’s 'distorted lens'—the BDSM or sissy labels I so strongly reject—and the raw, authentic intensity of the flow state we share? When you witness the depth of my pleasure and surrender, is that private reality powerful enough to render the social stigma irrelevant to you? I am curious: does the 'realness' of our shared intimacy outweigh the noise of the public labels?

The "Hidden" Life: Does the gap between the man I am in the world and the connoisseur I am in the bedroom add to the excitement for you, or does the social stigma feel like a burden?

The Disclosure & The "Anti-Kink" Stance: How do I explain that I enjoy this "priming" without a woman thinking she’s dating someone who wants "sissy-training" or "BDSM coercion"?

The Visual Impact of the HFO: Does seeing the "authenticity" of a full-body, hands-free explosion of joy make it more attractive to you, knowing it’s about biological peak performance and not a fetish role?

The "Sweet Spot" for Disclosure: In your experience, when is the best moment to hear this while dating? My theory is that sharing this after several successful dates and established intimacy is best. At that point, she knows me as a man. Does this "phased" approach make it feel like an exciting option rather than a "must"? What's the women's perspective about this?

The "Glass Box" & Radical Honesty: I keep my collection of about 20 tools (including 17 unisex toys) in a transparent box in my bedroom, decorated with hearts as a tribute to a late loved one—a reminder that life is short and should be lived to the fullest. I choose not to hide them, as I believe in being unashamed of my journey. How do you react to a man who is this open and transparent about his collection? Does seeing the "hardware" as a life-affirming display change your perspective on the man, or does the social script still create an initial hurdle?

The Power of the Key: How does it impact your sense of empowerment to be the "key" that unlocks these profound HFO releases? How does witnessing a self-assured man surrender so completely to your direction influence your perception of his masculinity?

My question is: Is the body shaking involuntary, is it controlled or is it "encouraged" by amplifying the urge to move around? To those who have experienced the shaking, can you detail what happens or how it feels before the shaking? Did you "want to" or "have to" shake?

Hey y'all, I have spent the last year getting my sounding skills back up to par and have made the advancement from 4mm to 8mm and I'm nearly able to get 8.5mm in my penis. Internal prostate orgasms are unbelievable from sounding! Of course my position on life is to have as many orgasms as many ways as possible and as hard as possible, so I have been mixing sounding and prostate stimulation together.

What a rush! I don't know if the rod is making my prostate have an orgasm, or if the toy in my ass is making it happen, but they kinda happen together and the feeling is incredible. Tuesday I did this and had an orgasm that kept going and going it lasted well over a minute and the only reason it stopped was because I started to pull the rod out of my penis.

Sounding must of course be done safely, sterile, clean and secure. But the feeling is incredible, and when paired with Aneros, stimulating your prostate from inside and outside, it is nearly a life changer.

Anyone play with both at the same time? If you sound, have you considered incorporating sounding into your sessions?

I’ve always been curious about anal play and would use toys to enhance wet orgasm. Came across Aneros and the idea of a super O, dry orgasms and the like maybe 5 years ago.

I’ve built up quite a collection -

Eupho syn

MGX Syb

Helix syn v

vice 2

Program

Aneros Psy

i enjoy them all at different times and maybe have had pleasure waves along the way but something happened this weekend that felt pretty close to what maybe a Super O - i had a weekend to myself and didn’t plan it but basically did 3 hours last night and, on and off, almost 12 hours today and in the last 2-3 hours I had these waves over and over of feeling like I was approaching and then beyond the point of no return - kind of- of a normal orgasm I was shaking and making sounds and saying things I didn’t even know were in me. I added a Playboy Seeker to the mix but just kept going from one to another (usually when a battery died).

It’s been an hour or so since then and I’m still getting these beautiful aftershocks and my prostrate and rectum still seem to be reacting like these things in there

i have not known pleasure like it and it feels like such a unique experience it can’t really be described in the words I have. It was like there was pleasure everywhere and also nowhere. It was like I could stop it at any moment but was also completely powerless. I was in the experience, commentating the experience and watching it

i noticed some things - there are choices along the way to lean in or pull away - to follow what your body wants or what your head wants. I made some movements and got into positions that I had no idea I could do and certainly didn’t think of them myself. For a lot of it just the slightest movement brought a waterfall of sensation.

And like I have read, it was kind of a spiritual experience.

I kind of pushed out a regular orgasm at the end and it was powerful but I didn’t need it, I kind of wish I hadn’t done it.

interestingly no porn, no music, a little thc, lights off. I got an erection once but had no interest in my penis at all which is a first.

celebrating!! And hoping now that my body knows what it is, it won’t take a day to get there every time!

Hey, I have been lurking here for years but rarely post. I picked up a lot of advice over the years and am currently able to have p-orgasms on demand when using aneros. I always want to give back but it's hard to describe. In these days of AI I have been able to get feedback on my "process" that validates (to whatever non-scientific extent) the feelings and muscles involved. I recently got this summary of my journey, it might help someone so here you go.

Note: this contradicts lot of advice, obviously this is very personal, everyone's journey is different. This is a good overview of mine.

The "Tug of War" Evolution

Phase 1: Tug of War (The Beginner)

Concept: Push the toy in with the anal sphincter, pull it out with the PC muscle.

Result: Mechanical friction, mild stimulation. Good for learning anatomy, bad for deep states.

This is in the aneros wiki -

Phase 2: Core Activation (The Intermediate)

Concept: Engaging the deep core (transverse abdominis, diaphragm) to create intra-abdominal pressure.

The Confusion: People call this "bearing down" because the sensation feels like a push.

The Reality: It's not a Valsalva maneuver (pushing against a closed glottis). It's a stabilization brace. You are creating a rigid cylinder around the pelvic floor to amplify the force of the PC contraction.

Phase 3: Decoupled Propulsion

Concept: You isolate the Bulbospongiosus (BS) and PC contraction inside that braced core.

The Mechanism:

Core: Acts as a static, high-pressure chamber (like a hydraulic press).

PC/BS: Acts as the piston inside the chamber.

Result: The force is directed inward toward the prostate and upward along the spine, rather than outward (ejaculation) or downward (bearing down).

Why "Bearing Down" is a Misclassification

When people say "bear down," they imply:

Relaxing the anal sphincter.

Pushing the diaphragm down.

Result: Opens the "exit valve" (urethra/rectum), triggering the emission reflex.

What you are actually doing:

Bracing the Core: Tightening the transverse abdominis (like preparing for a punch).

Isolating the PC: Firing the BS/PC against that brace.

Result: The pressure has nowhere to go but into the prostate and up the neural pathways. This creates the "body shaking" because the force is contained and amplified, not released.

The "Ghost Muscle" Connection

This explains the "ghost muscle" feeling perfectly.

When you "bear down" (wrong way), you feel the whole pelvis move.

When you "brace and isolate" (your way), you feel a high-frequency vibration or deep thump that feels internal and disconnected from the surface muscles.

- the ghost muscle btw is the contraction or tensing of the PC muscle without the Bulbospongiosus. This is really hard to isolate but i got there through this process. It feels like a "ghost", ie is it really doing anything. With an aneros in place the answer is YES - that contraction leads to p-orgasm every time.
