so 4 weeks ago somthing from 4 years ago showed up again, been to the doctors, all came back clear I.e bloodwork

Only downside is at 35 years old my CT showed a moderately enlarged prostate, now due to being told this i knew Sooner or later this was going to show up, work stress, dealing with a DA of a stepbrother for 12 months straight (recently was kicked out). now at the moment its minor inconvenience, my doctor has asked for further tests which now includes a US ultrasound and a PSA test. as this is being investigated ive had to go cold turkey on any PP AND ive had to reset my 2719 nofap streak to 19 days 🤣 2719 days FAT CHANCE! 🤣 just havent been on there forums for a number of years.

does anyone have any updated information on using a aneros with an enlarged prostate at all, that is IF my US ultrasound doesnt detect anything abnormal and my PSA test returns within limits. Because i would love to use my aneros again but cant for the time being.

There is posts from as early as 2019 which didnt seam to share all that much in the post.

Cheers

-Harley

On involuntary contractions, what kind of lube are you using? Is it wet enough? Have you evacuated your bowels before you use the Aneros? It sounds like you can't really tell if the toy is moving because it might not really be moving much. It should be sliding in and out very easily, and you should know if it is because when involuntaries make the toy move, it moves at minimum 1" in and 1" out and when we're talking about anus and rectum, an inch is a lot of distance! I think honestly the movement is closer to 1.5-2" sometimes. And you should be feeling that. You should also feel like the toy is hitting your prostate or making direct contact with it. Have you ever tried to just manually move the toy in and out of you and angle it or go deeper or shallower to make yourself feel contact on your prostate? I always recommend using a finger to find it and press against it so that I create that biofeedback that can be so important and so beneficial: by pressing on it, I know EXACTLY what it feels like when a toy is going to press on it, too. I think with more purpose-driven exploration and forcing some biofeedback to happen you can get further possibly more quickly. In my early years, all those years, I wasn't really getting the biofeedback I needed to 'know' how things were working down there. As soon as I honed in and really tried to pay attention, I got it and it started working instantly

I have usually evacuated my bowels like about two hours before the session, so I don't think that should be a problem. I have used for that past while a lube specifically meant for anal use. I coat the whole penetrating part of the Aneros with the lube, then I lube my asshole and also try to get some lube inside me with my finger. Then just before inserting I also add some extra on top of the Aneros. So I would think that's plenty enough, but maybe not?

I have tried to move the device by hand and I think based on that it is touching my prostate, but maybe on its own it's not touching it that hard? Maybe I should try fingering my prostate just in the name of science so I definitely know where it is, although I have done that previously so I should know lol.

In my previous session I tried putting a vibrator against the handle of the Aneros while it was inside me and I think those vibrations definitely were delivered to my prostate based on how it felt. But it still didn't move me to any "higher" level of pleasure.

@johnnytody Ok all good info here, thanks for writing back on these questions I pitched!

Nipples will work soon it took months for me, I never devoted any real time or effort to working with them, I just tried and didn't seem like anything was happening. But now if I'm just sitting in the living room I can tweak my nipples and have an orgasm in like 10 seconds. Some might say that's "Aless" but I don't think so, I think it's something like Aless but different.

As soon as I honed in and really tried to pay attention, I got it and it started working instantly.

I'm so glad you are getting Super Ts!! Bread and butter for me, I never end a session without one. I hate to admit this here, but sometimes I do a session just because I want to have a Super T. I of course have plenty of hands free orgasms before my Super T, I have them without trying it's just where I'm at in my journey and stage of the game now. But man, that Super T is something special and exceptional. Like you, early in my Aneros use, well actually for like the first 5 years or so, I would cum so fast when I had a toy in me. Like I'd get hard, and then yes within seconds I'd cum. The toy working my prostate was like an accelerator for ejaculatory orgasm. I could work my cock for like 30 minutes with ease enjoying the shit out of it until I wanted to cum. With a toy in me I had no control it just let loose! And let loose super fast! It was impossible to have sex with my wife with a toy in me, I was on the brink of cumming the whole time, from touching, blowjobs, any kind of PIV sex in any position, it was like "hey babe I've got like 15 seconds that's all I got to give! Whoops!!" Fun feeling though. However, the more I did it, the more I got used to it and eventually I could last many minutes, although still today after 22 years of Aneros and prostate play, the trigger is strong and I can only really "edge" before my Super T for a handful of minutes. I can have long sex with my wife with a toy in I at least got to that level! But alone it's just minutes well under 10 minutes and usually barely 5 minutes before I'm spurting.

I know you know that when a toy is in you the feelings inside are more intense and there is something happening, a pressure or stimulation that feels like pressing or pushing, at the extreme base of your erection when you cum with a toy in you. That pressure feeling is the toy working against your prostate really really strong. I don't care how hard my Super O or prostate orgasms are, the strength of the toy against my prostate during a Super T is the hardest most intense feeling on my prostate that I have ever felt. I love it and I fear it sometimes because it is so strong, and unpredictable still after all these years. I say to my self "oh my god I'm going to cum so fucking hard right now" and then "oh my god how strong and hard is it gonna be, is it going to be something I've already felt or something more and different?!" because it kind of is a surprise every time. Especially using different toys for each one, I never truly know which toy is going to provoke and create a final orgasm of a certain caliber and strength. Like a crap shoot, but I roll a 7 every time lololol

Second, have you tried to work your nipples

I have and it does feel nice, but I haven't gotten to the point that I have read from some stories where just touching the nipples would take me over the edge and take the pleasure to the next level.

Do you get any involuntary contractions at all? There should be some. If you do, tune in to how they feel and focus on how the contraction makes the toy move and what it does inside you.

You know what, I'm not actually sure. When I think about it, I would say that there are usually some involuntary contractions, but not that much. What I can definitely say is that I have never felt like the Aneros is moving on its own inside me. I wouldn't necessary say I feel it's moving even when I do the contractions myself. It feels like something, but it doesn't feel like movement or maybe not even like a very clear feeling of touching the prostate.

You say you "can't really" keep it in you to explore it further. What is going on inside you that is making you "can't really" keep it in? Is it too strong feeling, is it painful or uncomfortable, is it too big of a build up?

What I meant by that was that I can't keep the orgasm in me, I cum so easily at that point :D So yes, I think have done what you suggested. I masturbate my cock with the Aneros inside me, and like I said in my first post, it feels extra good also on my prostate. But usually at that point I cum really fast, like 30 seconds to couple of minutes at max from when I start touching my penis. I have achieved three separate big ejaculations (maybe mixed with smaller orgasms during those) while staying hard before I have finally had the big orgasm through that, so I think have achieved the "Super-T".

@johnnytody I hear you man. I spent 10 years trying as well. I was expecting something that my prostate O is not. Once I had a prostate O I realized "oh, I think I've had those before, but didn't know it" and while I probably did have Os and didn't realize they felt like THAT, I started my prostate orgasm 'clock' at the end of 10 years of trying.

My first one came in the middle of a 15-day no cum break. Something I was doing with my wife to celebrate 15 years together with her. At the end of 15 days we'd finally have sex and we planned a big session (it was amazing by the way I had to throw that out lol). On day 8 I was with her in bed naked, we put fun lights on, and the goal was prostate massage. She'd help me, she had before, but I was using Aneros and dildos to enhance traditional orgasms: I would do a prostate session, no penis involved, for 30-120 minutes sometimes, and then cum at the end with an Aneros or rarely a dildo in me. I was addicted to that "overdrive" power feeling of cumming with a toy in me, it was and still is like normal cum x3 in strength and finishing power. Anyway, after an Aneros toy warm up, then with a small glass G-spot wand, she was pushing it in and out and I felt this maddening urge for it to go deeper. I grabbed it from her and pushed it in me deeper and that's when I really felt my prostate engaging. Never felt it this strong before. And after just 5 pushes in and out my body erupted inside with a massive, heartwrenching super O. Instantly I said to myself "OMG I know this feeling I just didn't KNOW it or realize it!" After that I would do a prostate session and within minutes of inserting my first Aneros toy I'd have a hands free O.

A few things were different, though. First and I attribute this to my prostate awakening, I had no porn on. Porn is so common especially right now that it is on even when it doesn't need to be on. Porn is a distraction from prostate play. I was using porn to jerk my cock off to. So I used porn to jerk my prostate off, too. That didn't seem to work. But being with my wife was a new experience in that I had no goal for a prostate orgasm I just wanted to do some massage and make out with her halfway through this 15-day break we were on. So, no expectation for this at all and I think that mattered--I ALWAYS expected something before for 10 years up to that point. Frustration to the max. This time with her was relaxation to the max. Big difference for me. I did every session there after with nothing on at all, no screen just silence, and I tuned in to my body in ways I never had before. I attribute that solo reflection time as very important. If you use porn during prostate play try to turn it off. My cock was wired to porn, my prostate needed to be wired to something else.

Second, have you tried to work your nipples? I never did and as soon as I read about it more and more I tried it and WOW! Really a game changer. I can be on the edge of a prostate O and just one squeeze of one nipple will send it overboard and its instant O. Maybe try to work your nipples that could help.

Do you get any involuntary contractions at all? There should be some. If you do, tune in to how they feel and focus on how the contraction makes the toy move and what it does inside you. We are so incredibly disconnected from our bodies in today's hypermodern world and prostate play makes you really have to feel something seriously. You can't see it inside, you have to go simply on feeling. And in our overloaded visual sensory miasma of life (think how much we're on screens, do you see anyone in public NOT on their phone?) being able to see is everything. You can't even get biofeedback using a mirror when doing anal/prostate play. So anything that is distracting you from feeling your body is preventing you from feeling the toy.

Lastly, you really should try to have a Super T. Don't listen to people here that say don't do that, it won't let you "rewire" I think that's bullshit. When you have a Super T, and you are feeling it inside and paying attention to how the toy moves, you really learn what an ultimate orgasm feels like. The toy HAS to move uncontrollably, and that's the outcome of prostate Os and Super Os: the toy is moving all on its own against your will. You surrender to it. This is all about surrendering and giving up all control. Again, something a lot of people cannot do and do not want to do. Giving up control as a human is what being human is all about!!! So live a little and just cum your brains out!! I strongly, highly recommend that your next session, you get yourself hard, and stroke or do whatever it is you do to make your cock cum and leave that toy in you. It sounds like you know "something big" will happen and you are resisting that feeling or outcome. You say you "can't really" keep it in you to explore it further. What is going on inside you that is making you "can't really" keep it in? Is it too strong feeling, is it painful or uncomfortable, is it too big of a build up?

It sounds like yes, at the end of your post you have a hard time relaxing and get anxious during sex and related sexual things. You could be getting anxious about what will happen when you surrender to the flow and let the Aneros and your body just do its thing. This is where a Super T will help you. You will know without a doubt exactly how the toy moves at the moment of orgasm. Your prostate is as involved in your penis when you cum traditionally. It is the most delicious thing I look forward to, it is so incredible of a feeling, it is the most wonderful "fully drained" feeling I've ever had. Share that with yourself, you earned it and deserve it!!

Thought I was totally relaxed but learned otherwise! Once I learned to totally relax while practicing the do nothing approach things kicked into maximum pleasure! Endless pleasure of stringed continuous Os are now a norm! Don’t know if you have experienced Aless but frequently wake up to Aless in the early morning hours to immerse pleasure! I sometimes end my sessions with a combined prostate and penal orgasm which can be mind blowing! I use my MGX Syn Trident on my prostate and a hand held vibrator on my frenulem and/or perenium with a usually flaccid penis! So stay the journey and one day you will be pleasantly surprised!

I'm a long time Aneros user, closing in on 10 years soon, but I still haven't achieved my first Super-O. As an expanded background, I have previously posted about asking tips on my experiences here:

https://community.aneros.com/forum/general-discussion/it-always-feels-better-on-my-prostate-when-i-start-touching-my-penis/

https://community.aneros.com/forum/general-discussion/on-and-off-user-who-has-never-achieved-a-super-o-is-this-feeling-progress/

My question now is, how to progress from here? Like my first post details, I have Helix Trident, some vibrating noname prostate massager, and then the Progasm. I use Helix the most. My sessions usually last for about an hour, usually more than less. I usually lay on my back and do not do any contractions but instead try to follow the do-nothing method. I have tried contracting voluntarily but I haven't really noticed any difference what it achieves. I leak a lot of precum, I'm usually not erect while I'm not touching my penis. I get the shaking of the body and the whole sessions feels good, but I feel I haven't had any noticeable progress now in years. When usually after an hour it feels like the prostate feels are calming down and I'm "getting bored", I then grab my cock. Like my old post says, I usually get a very big feeling in my prostate at this point, but as I'm usually about to come "regularly" very quickly, I can't really keep it in me any longer to explore that further.

So any tips on how to progress from here? Should I try some different techniques or positions? Should I use the toys more, as now my sessions are usually about once a month? Should I use different toys?

One thing I must also say about me is that in "non-regular" sexual activities have noticed I get very excited very quickly but also kind of anxious or nervous at the same time, which means that it's very hard to actually perform in any way for me. I'm not exactly sure if this applies to Aneros usage by myself, but it could be a factor that I'm not able to fully relax.

Hi it looks like you only mentioned power boxes or power controllers for estim play. I looked at the site and wow they have so much to offer and it all looks like really high quality stuff, very expensive, but I think "buying with confidence" is definitely a thing they go for with their customers.

What kind of insert are you thinking of using? I don't think you can just alter or adapt a normal metal toy, like njoy wand, into an estim toy and do it safely.

I have one or two insertable toys for estim and they are terrible. One is a thin little plastic toy with a flared end and two metal bands on the shaft part, one is negative one is positive so it is supposed to stimulate the female G-spot, and I guess male prostate, but it just feels weird and doesn't do much at all. I also have a medium sized butt plug that is metal and the whole thing is estim but it is only a negative or positive lead device, you can choose of course which way you want the current to go since it only has one cord attachment, and you have to have the other lead attached to your leg or penis, etc.. Again, I didn't get much from it. I much prefer pads on my inner thighs about 6 inches from my perineum, that is amazing and creates some unreal autocontractions that have helped my Aneros toys give me orgasms like I've never imagined.
