Another avenue that I haven’t explored enough is having frequent Aless sessions in between. I have usually been thinking that I’m not far enough along to make any progress without a massager inserted, but I had a pretty nice Aless session this afternoon, with nipple play and good sensations. I have been leaving a decent amount of precum after the Aless.

I have a confession to make though.  A huge problem I've had all year has been extreme pain and muscle tightness due to a spinal problem with my vertebrae. Specifically the junction with the problems in my lumbar spine had two vertebrae pinching the shit out of nerves, of which those nerves tie into the pelvic floor. This has severely hampered my entire sexual system: libido, size of flaccid, erection quality, staying power when erect, strength length and duration of orgasm, expulsion of semen during orgasm (ejaculation), and even peeing and strength of urine stream. Constant pain has created inflammation beyond belief. All these problems have prevented me from being able to WANT to get on the floor, give myself enemas, and do prostate sessions. My bowel movements have been constricted due to the specific muscles involved there, so I'm never clean or feel really comfortable for a session. My sessions have been less than a month all year for a reason and it wasn't just a "me" thing it was my body telling me "don't do this, I don't feel good."  I've remedied this through an epidural spinal injection of steroid and it has helped so much in the last 9 days since I got it. And in 2 weeks I'll feel even better :)  

So my plan is to wait a few more weeks and then really start back with gusto. I want to do it, but need to wait. I didn't know that my spine problems would effect my sexual system so terribly. Although I always cum hard, it felt less powerful the last year or more. Since my procedure I've had some ejaculatory orgasms in comfortable positions safe for my lumbar spine, and OMG these Os are so deep and so intense. It is awesome! So I can't imagine what my normal prostate Os will feel like. I'm willing to bet I'll have many more Os and they will be much more powerful. I will of course update here as things progress!!

I would also encourage you to ask your wife to be a greater part of your Anerosessions, that sounds like a wonderful idea.  You already know she likes them, right?  I've read comments from women all over the internet wishing that their husbands would be more vocal, and you're right, I think a lot of it is down to how men trained themselves to masturbate all the way back when they were boys and had to hide it from their parents.  Be healed of that!  I hope to read wonderful stories of the two of you together sometime in the future.  🤗
